"Good central location. Would recommend using the local car parks as the hotel car park is small & expensive! All seemed clean & tidy but my children woke up with questionable bites!"

"Very convenient for motorway.
Super easy check in with very friendly and polite staff member.
Beds were super comfy.
Parking no problem.
Staff at Brewers Fayre really friendly, polite and diligent. Tables were cleared and nothing too much trouble.
Refreshing to be spoken to in such a polite and friendly manner.
The hotel itself could probably do with a lick of paint. There was patch of mould in the bathroom.
We only stayed one night as attending a birthday party but it served its purpose well!"

"Dopo il ritardo di notte al Wigan Holiday Inn Express, ci siamo accolti con il più caldo benvenuto e l'assistenza eccezionale del personale di ricezione. Ho chiesto che la camera di famiglia di mio amico fosse organizzata vicino a noi, e la richiesta era accanto a me.
Aaron, in particolare, andò oltre e sopra, non solo mi ha aiutato a trovare la stazione di prelievo più vicina (egli ha anche aiutato a provare il punto di prelievo dell'Hotel Tesla EV, purtroppo, non compatibile) ma ha anche preso l'iniziativa di trovare un posto per cena per noi. Per sorpresa, poi ci ha colpito la porta con un biglietto scritto con mano, che descrive le direzioni per entrambi, e il suo gesto consapevole ci ha fatto sentire davvero preoccupati e ha trasformato la nostra permanenza in un'esperienza inoltrabile.

"Stayed here for the one night with my daughter and her 2 friends in a family room, although quite 80’s dated the room was clean, would have liked a complimentary biscuit on the room tea and coffee tray.
The girls enjoyed the pool area and i enjoyed the bubbles of the jacuzzi.
The food at breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a whole variety to suit all dietary requirements.
The asset of the hotel is the staff… both receptionists, the lady waiting on in the breakfast dining room and the gentleman in the health club were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you 😁 we will be back as the price paid was great value for the 4 of us."

"Questo è un hotel di castello di ottanta anni di storia. Il servizio dell'hotel è entusiasta e attento, le condizioni sanitarie sono buone, la colazione è ricca e il gusto è buono.Vale la pena ricordare l'ambiente dell'hotel. Oltre al bel castello, l'ambiente naturale intorno è ancora più fisico e emotivo."

"After an exceptional stay at the Wigan Holiday Inn Express on September 20th, 2024, I didn’t expect such a stark contrast in service at another location within the same hotel group the very next day (September 21st, 2024).
This time, we experienced a completely different attitude at the front desk—rudeness and dismissiveness. Despite multiple requests for assistance, such as having my room closer to my friend’s, an hour late check-out (which my friend was granted), and fixing the issue with my room’s air conditioning (my friend’s room was fine), we were met with vague, unhelpful explanations that treating a fool. It felt like dealing with political officials dodging direct answers.
For the first time ever, I left a hotel feeling genuinely angry. They might be better suited for a career in politics."
