The reception with the short hair is very kind. The room is spacious but the AC does not work well. I would return because of the wonderful service from the receptionist and the cleaners, who were also very hospitable.

駐車場を聞いた時の受付の若い女性の対応が失礼で非常に不愉快だった。
無料駐車場に限りがあり詰め込みで10台程度しか停められず、有料駐車場を案内されるが割引なし。

伊那市駅から歩いて4～5分のところにあるホテルです。駅を降りて目の前の道を真っ直ぐ上っていき、合同庁舎を過ぎたところにあるので迷うことないかと。駐車場も道を挟んでホテルの目の前にあります。 設備は古く、その意味では昭和のビジネスホテルです。部屋にデスクが無いので仕事をするには不便かもしれません。ですが、アメニティはきちんと揃っているので宿泊するには問題ありません。それに、大浴場もあるので部屋で風呂を準備する必要がありません。 こちらが一番すぐれているのはホテルの方の接客だと思います。親切で色々と相談に乗って頂けましたし、看板猫ちゃんも人懐っこく、物凄く癒されました。価格も安いですし、非常に良いホテルと思います。

伊那に移住を考えていて何度も訪れる必要があり、出来るだけ安い宿を探してホテル青木さんを利用しました。確かに綺麗とは言い難いですが、駅近で4000円以下で泊まれて、ご主人が優しく、人懐っこい猫ちゃんが居れば、良いのではないかなぁ…。 あ、朝食はご飯は美味しかったのですが、そのほかのおかずは“.いまひとつ”でした。女将さんがお年をめしてらして、もう大変なんだろうなぁ…と思った次第。 宿に何を求めるかですよね。私はズバリ「安さ」なので、青木さんリピーターです。
