Terrible experience. We went there to have my last dinner with family before going back to the US where I live permanently. The place is very nice and we'll maintained. But the service deserves less than one ⭐. We ordered food for 5 people and waited for agood 45 minutes. The meals were coming separate. One meal at a time. So we waited for two meals forever and our food became cold. I went and looked for our server and asked her for the rest of the food. She told me that it's ready and she's getting it right away. We started eating the 3 meals and we never got the 2 meals that she assured me it's coming. We ended up eating three meal shared between the 5 of us. The staff wasn't professional at all and we never got the rest of our meals and we were charged for everything we had without any compensation for the inconvenience or anything. This hotel is nice but the service is terrible and slow. I will never go back there again and will not recommend it.

Un endroit magnifique pour un repos total Service professionnel Les repas rien à dire. Un grand merci à Mme Loubna responsable du SPA.. Conclusion je vous conseille vivement ❤ Pour un séjour de Bonheur. Le paysage depuis la chambre est juste un rêve.

Très mauvaise expérience chez Sophia Village, comportement du personnel très désagréable, 1200 Dh pour une nuit alors que il était impossible d’accéder à la seule piscine ou juste s’installer car soirée privée… Prix excessif par rapport à la qualité de l’hôtel

Je déconseille fortement ! Le service laisse vraiment à désirer, avec une animation horrible, impossible d’avoir une discussion normale, On est parti avec une migraine effroyable. Pas prêt de remettre les pieds là bas un jour.

Séjour à deux, l'hôtel très propre, bien agencé, bien aménagé, chambre bien équipée, vue superbe sur Fès by night et les montagnes de jour, deux piscines, le top c'est le personnel très très serviable, présent et prêt à servir, le hic c'est l'insonorisation, c'est un hôtel dans une région non touristique ou saisonnière et du coup, ils comptent sur leur bar et bar-terrasse ou jardin pour compenser, les clients de l'hôtel à la recherche du calme de la région se retrouvent face à un excédent de tapage, je pense que c'est solvable pour avoir visité d'autres établissements dans la même situation, il faut déplacer le bar-terrasse plus loin des chambres, ou bien ajouter un double vitrage et en faire la publicité, il y'a de l'espace, cet hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel, bonne continuation et j'y reviendrai

Hôtel repos et détente et profitez déc remplir l oxygène plein les poumons et sentir les odeurs des plantes et visionner le paysage et les montagnes avoisinantes Deux piscines. Les prix de la restauration sont à la portée et passer la nuit paisible de la compagne
