Everything about this property is top notch. This was the second time we stayed here. If we are back on the area, we will stay here again. Great views, great service, friendly staff, typical breakfast spread, outstanding location.

Stayed here for a night in between Christmas Market towns. The guy checking us in was very friendly and helpful. We checked in early but he got us a room then. The room was huge and clean with an amazing balcony facing the lake. The restaurant at night had amazing food as well as in the morning for breakfast. A huge selection as well. After checking out the guy who checked us in the day before ran out to us in the car and gave us each a Toblerone chocolate bar. That guy was an amazing employee and we would definitely go back.

We arrived , a family of 8, that expanded to 22 , when we arrived it was late evening so decided to go for a walk…all of us. When we got back to the hotel we were hungry so decided to eat there, Waw to start the service was excellent, sure we overwhelmed the waitress with our demands but she was fine, food and drinks ordered we settled into our stay. Rooms lovely, amazing views, comfy bed , clean on plenty of room Breakfast…. Continental but more than adequate, lovely bacon, fresh croissants The tables were set so we could all sit together Staff, Marcel and team ….in a word superb, everything and anything we needed was supplied, even when the taxis didn’t turn up to take us to the train, they got their cars out and took us… amazing

Frühstück hat leider keine frische Bäckerware, sondern maximal Aufbackbrötchen. Auslage beim Frühstück ist minimal. Preis für Frühstück von 7,50€ ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Restaurant ist wegen Renovierung geschlossen, was in keinster Weise preislich berücksichtigt oder irgendwie kompensiert wurde. Aufenthaltsraum wurde nach Anmeldung aufgeheizt. Getränke konnten an der Rezeption zeitlich befristet gekauft werden.

In den Zimmern mit Balkon hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Alpsee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und das Abendessen incl.der Getränke sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus kann man direkt wandern, radeln oder den Ort Immenstadt erkunden.

We waren op doorreis van huis naar Italië. Op de heenweg nemen we dan meestal een hotel. Dat hotel boeken we pas als je onderweg zijn en kunnen inschatten hoever we nog gaan rijden. We kwamen uit bij Rothenfels Hotel. Via *********** gereserveerd en betaald. Vrij snel een bevestiging. Via de mail de benodigde gegevens ingevuld. Bij aankomst, in het donker, kregen we een kamer. Ontbijt hebben we niet bijgeboekt trouwens. We hebben 2 biertjes gekocht bij de recepten toen naar de kamer. De bedden waren prima. Het enige wat wij raaf vonden was de schuifdeur van melkglas bij de badkamer. Toen we wakker waren zagen we het prachtige uitzicht. Kortom een ideaal hotel als je op deurreis bent. Goede service en goede bedden. Wellicht weer iets voor volgend jaar als we weer naar Italië gaan.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Freundlich verhielt sich das hilfsbereite Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und vom geräumigen Balkon hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Alpsee. Die gute Lage des Hotels ermöglicht diese tolle Aussicht.

Accueil agréable, chambres spacieuses, dîner et petit-déjeuner du tonnerre (quantité et qualité) Seul bémol : même si les chambres donnant sur le lac ont effectivement une vue superbe, le bâtiment est situé près de la route et... ça s'entend la nuit ! Les chambres donnant côté montagne sont mieux sur ce point.

Die Lage des Hotels wäre wirklich super!!! Aber der Service ist eine einzige Katastrophe!!!! Sowas ist mir bisher noch in keinem Hotel passiert!!!! Wir wurden gekonnt ignoriert, das Abendessen ist das Geld nicht wert und die Kellner stehen lieber an der Bar und unterhalten sich bevor sie nach den Gästen schauen!! Es wurde kein Licht angemacht als es dämmerte, wir konnten keine Getränke bestellen da ja nie ein Kellner kam und nachfragte… wir wurden regelrecht hinausgeekelt!! Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung.
