Aimed at families with kids. We had a lottery of what we were eating as nothing labelled and no one speaks English. I also found a caterpillar in my salad dish. Staff at reception were rude and initially told us we could stay until our flight but then cut our bands off and wouldn’t even let us have water. Positive is it is very clean and air con works. But this hotel isn’t five star. The drinks are bottles of coke and sprite sitting out in sun and ice melts before they’ve even handed it. Limited alcoholic drinks - cheap nasty wine. You can’t relax next to the pool as it is like a kids house rave between 10am and 11pm. We won’t be coming back. Careful on slides. One lady went down and the blue one is so close to the pool side she smacked herself and hurt herself badly. Please be careful!

We had the most amazing holiday. Staff are all amazing. Hotel is beautiful. We had a few treatment while staying and they was amazing staff so kind and caring make you feel very special. Food had a great selection and very tasty. Very clean and quick with service. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Very good and helpful staff especially Faza who made the holiday incredible. The room is fabulous and cleaned Daily. The bar staff were very friendly and lots of entertainment throughout the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've just returned from this brilliant hotel after a 7 night stay. We enjoyed our time here immensely. The staff are friendly and helpful, they all worked hard to ensure everyone had the holiday experience they wanted . The food is delicious, lot's of choice, plenty of variety, I'm vegetarian and ate delicious food at every meal every day. The pool area is immaculate, the garden areas are very well kept. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean. I'd like to give a special mention to the activities team, brilliant and lovely people, Faza in particular does an outstanding job of making everyone welcome. The receptionist Sara is very helpful and informative. All of the staff make a lovely, welcoming team . Looking forward to going back!

Can’t complain about this hotel or the staff! One amazing experience and the hospitality was 10/10! Bar and pool staff were amazing esp Faza and Youseif from the bar! Breakfast was very good, variety of choices! I would 100% recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable!
