uno degli hotel più belli che abbiamo provato a Ilo Ilo... una menzione speciale a Manong WILLIAM, il migliore addetto alla sicurezza dell'hotel... non ha mai mancato di assisterci ogni volta che ci ha visto... tutto il personale è così gentile ed educato... ci rivedremo presto... Halong sempre ♥️❤️ abbiamo programmato di visitare di nuovo Ilo Ilo questo luglio sperando di poter soggiornare di nuovo all'URBAN INN ♥️

Jenny and Maymay saved the day after our delayed flight. HK Maymay, who went above and beyond to assist with our luggage, it was genuinely appreciated. Grateful for Jenny's kindness and warm welcome.
