"Il personale è amichevole e facile da parlare.È perfetto se non ti piace uscire, perché hanno una cucina e un frigorifero. Tuttavia, non c'è ascensore, quindi è meglio chiedere una stanza in terrazza se si hanno problemi di salute che rende difficile l'uso delle scale."

NNoel MarcosOverall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room.
Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

UUtente ospiteMi piace davvero questo hotel, anche se un po' difficile da trovare all'inizio, alcune persone non conoscono questo hotel e scoprirono che è solo nuovo, ma alla fine abbiamo scoperto, abbiamo visto il segno di strada Calle Jacinto. La stanza è pulita con asciugamani, sapone liquido, spazzola dentale, acqua bollente. Paulo è molto accogliente quando siamo arrivati all'hotel. Ci sono alcune pitture decorative intorno all'area della camera da letto al secondo piano. Anche se puzza di pittura fresca, ma perché amo la pittura, non mi interessa proprio 😁.È una passeggiata dalla famosa Calle Crisologo. Andammo in giro e guardammo la famosa fontana di danza di notte e non abbiamo difficoltà a tornare all'hotel, perché è appena vicino. L'unico problema che abbiamo incontrato nella nostra stanza è che la vasca da bagno ha un problema, ma abbiamo parlato con la signora Meg, il loro supervisore, e sicuramente risolveranno questo problema. Il nostro soggiorno è soddisfacente e questo hotel è molto consigliato.

UUtente ospiteL'Hotel Vegan Plaza si trova nella migliore posizione - all'inizio della Calle Chrisilogo. È conveniente e facile raggiungere da qui a qualsiasi posto. Il Kalesa (cavallo e carico) e i tricicli sono situati proprio davanti all'hotel. La sorgente è a 7 minuti a piedi da qui e a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Tutto quello che si chiede è stato visto immediatamente e con un sorriso. La colazione era buona, ci dovrebbe essere più varietà. Forniscono in camera massaggio che era grande. Hanno 2 ristoranti che forniscono una varietà di piatti locali. Il bagno è piccolo, tuttavia la doccia era fantastica. Questo è un ottimo hotel e sarei sicuramente rimasto qui quando arrivo a Vigan.

GGordsNice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences

FfishybloopRoom n place was clean but amenities was not complete, said they couldnt bring hairdryer from other rooms? There was no hot water until we asked receptionist about it for help. Telephone not working, wifi was worse than my data. Receptionist n team was really nice and sorry about the inconveniences tho. Room aircon was cold and the bed was comfy but the blanket kept coming off the blanket cover. Overall its okay to stay in but take note to bring your own hair dryer and if need help, have to walk to the receptionist for help.

DDearSunsetHotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time.
That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort.

RraskolnikovDeomar è sicuramente un buon risultato. Il prezzo è davvero ragionevole (anche se il prezzo del sito web non è aggiornato e ho dovuto aggiungere qualche centesimo al check-in, che è trascurabile). La posizione è molto buona, che è solo la distanza di bicicletta dal villaggio del patrimonio, e si, prestano i visitatori biciclette senza uso.
L'hotel è molto confortevole e pulito, e soprattutto tranquillo e rilassante. Il personale è molto bello e accogliente, anche. Il suo alto cinque!
