Hotel war nicht so wie ich erwartet habe😔

What can I say. Beautiful hotel, very attentive staff. We arrived after 8 on the first night and were greeted outside by a porter who took our bags to reception. They asked for a hotel voucher which I couldn't access due to the internet not working the lovely guy behind the counter asked for my phone and connected me to the WiFi which was excellent by the way. The room was stunning and very clean. Maid did a beautiful job cleaning our room everyday and made amazing towel and duvet art. The food was lovely and fresh . If you book the two posh restaurants make sure you're there at 7 as our food was cold as we didn't get there till 8 not knowing. The entertainment staff were wonderful, very energetic and welcoming. The only downside was we were the only English there at this time and the Germans made it very clear that they weren't impressed 😂 . Some were friendly but most were not . But we didn't let it spoil our time in this beautiful hotel. Oh and also have the hamas on your first day ready for the tan .

Wow, we have just had a week at this hotel and what an amazing week it was - the hotel is stunning - the staff are attentive and friendly and food was fresh and for an all inclusive very good quality - highly recommend - thank you for a lovely week and so pleased it’s adults only 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 we only ventured to the beach once but again that was a lovely area and staff couldn’t do enough for you - the area is also vibrant with shops and bars - busy little area.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff on reception bars and restaurants are friendly. Staff in spa want to push massages on you daily. Food in the main restaurant and beach bar is very good. Limited late night selection, which you would expect. We had an issue with turkish Al a carte.. food was on table when we got there as was glass of water which was warm. We didn't know to start or if a starter would appear and the dishes were to accompany a starter. The waiter motioned us to start. He later brought soup. There was nowhere to put it other than on top of dishes already there. Which he did. Then brought another dish at which point he cleared some of the plates, then mains arrived. No service to say what plate was. They muddled up order and I had to say I ordered chicken pointing out I had the wrong dish. When it came the meal was cold apart from the chicken. My hustands was also cold. To top it off some other rude guests stamped on the table to say no music. Rather than just turn it down , it was turned off... which left an uncomfortable atmosphere. We walked out. The reservation Staff obviously wanted to make it right for us and offered us an experience in the fish restaurant the following evening and told us to come at 9pm. When we arrived both Al a carte restaurants were closed. Apparently close at 9pm. So why he told us to come at 9pm I have no idea. This meant we had missed dinner as main restaurant also closed at 9pm.. my husband was quite vocal with reservation manager who said he had been looking for us to tell us chef couldn't do 9pm. Our point was he could have left a message in the room to say, so we could make alternative for dinner. He and the restaurant manager were apologetic but not sure they fully understood the poor service then made worse by no dinner the following evening. The main restaurant staff can't do enough for you so we stuck with main restaurant. Hotel itself is close to shops, bars and restaurants and you can get trips outside cheaper than your holiday rep. There is a free shuttle bus to take you to the beach, which is great. It is a short walk but if hot the bus is very handy. Overall, mixed feelings as Al a carte experience left us disappointed, but the holiday overall was good.

Verry nice hotel, good food, staff is funny and entertaining, many games. Room is tidy and cliened every day. Super nice pool

We booked this for our wedding anniversary with our 2 friends so was hoping for a good time. Rooms very nice, comfy, spacious Food is not amazing but edable in the main restaurant, the Turkish restaurant was amazing and the beach bar food was also very good. Bar staff amazing at what they do cocktails are vey good. Entertainment was ok but a lot of people who didn't want to get involved so made it hard for the staff but we love to get involved in stuff so we got to know the staff and had a really good laugh with them with special mention to Yasar, DJ Uzzy and Tekin who went the extra mile to make our time there amazing.

Loved the hotel and stuff. The food was amazing!!! Wich I didn’t expected. The stuff were very amazing and friendly. Love that they speak German, English and Russian. The room was clean, very beautiful and comfortable. The beach is also clean, beautiful, not far from the hotel. And the city is also very beautiful. If you ever come to Stella elite resort, visit the Side Old Town, amazing !! Everything was good but at the end happened a situation that ruined all our vacation mood. If you have the flight at night and have to check out at 12:00( like we had) make sure to have your Own Towels because the spa center does not have enough towels, they are irresponsible to have extra towels for any situations. The BOSS from the spa center is very arrogant and has a bitchy attitude. Make sure that you have also your Own Hairdryer because the spa center Boss didn’t bother to fix the hairdryer from the spa bathroom.

As you’d expect from a new hotel, the standards of cleanliness and facilities were great. It is a stylish modern building and the rooms were decorated to a high standard, the beds, pillows and linen were exceptional and the main restaurant was spacious - we never struggled to find a table for 4. The quality of food was very good too, very fresh and a good choice each day with more variety than most European hotels. Two nights per week you can opt for the specialty restaurants; Seafood or Turkish. Both were interesting, service was good and plentiful with many courses. The main bar was vast although not a lot happening it was comfortable and relaxed at all times. The barman (mixologists) and waiting staff were attentive and served a wide variety of cocktails which we indulged in, particularly as we wouldn’t do it at home! The pool area was a little bland architecturally, although an all day patisserie with ice cream parlour, a snack bar and a pool bar were all on offer and to a good standard. Sun beds were reasonably easy to get each day but we preferred to go to the private beach, a 10 minute walk or less by shuttle every 15 mins. The private beach was not the largest but it was covered in sun beds with shades which were comfortable and the beach was delightful with soft sand, warm sea and no rocks or jelly fish to worry about. Despite being high season there were always one available in a row of four. The Captains Beach Bar served a good choice of lunches, a full array of cocktails and branded ice creams on sticks. The staff were all very good and like elsewhere they seemed happy in their work. This is not a 5 star resort with extensive tranquil gardens, but a great new hotel in a built up and busy beach resort. If you are in a poolside room it can be noisy in the afternoon. Conversely the town side rooms are quiet during the day but you can hear a little noise from the nearby shops and clubs into the early morning (we preferred this as it wasn’t intrusive enough to stop us sleeping). Most guests were German or Russian and the staff were fluent in both languages but less so in English. Gripes: the Irish pub didn’t open until 10 and didn’t serve Guinness or any other draught beer ( it was very quiet) and the bland but well serviced pool area I’ve already mentioned. So to conclude: If you want an uban stylish near the beach, modern hotel with good quality food that ticked all the boxes, for its type of holiday it was made even better buy staff who all continually worked hard but seemed to enjoy their work and be very happy. All were good but some were exceptional and we tipped them accordingly.
