It was the 1st experience of seaside holidays in hotel and thanks to personal of hotel it was real pleasure. Cleen room that is cleaned every day with refreshing of soft drink. Good activities for children. Nice swimming pools for adults an children. Just 5 min walk to clean beach with good bar. Wery relaxing atmosphere.

Very good Trip. The Animation-Team was very friendly and entertaining. We got something to do every day. Ali was the best from the Animation-Team. From Monday to Saturday Ali is Hosting Water Polo and it is always very fun and entertaining.

Very good service during check in. From the reception to get my room , the carry the bags to the room , the staff real take really good care off me and my son. Super friendly all of then. From the entertainment staff to the clears, the management team. The tui staff. The buffe restaurant was so delicious, nice and fresh set up. The really do the best to make your stay a great one. Many thanks to Ylimaz and Yusuf who is always super friendly and helpful. I will really miss this palace. Until next time.

We were there for the 2nd time. We would especially like to thank the entire staff. We can praise all of them without exception, but we would like to thank also Nelly again; she ran the Mini Club with a lot of heart. Our daughter loves her and asks every day when we will come back. The hole service staff is also very nice and I am not understating some reviews here; I am a service provider myself and impressed by the friendliness; If you're not happy here, it's your own fault! THANK YOU ALL FOR A VERY NICE VACATION!

Birsen is an incredibly nice and attentive waitress at the restaurant. Her friendly attitude and professional service has truly elevated my dining experience here. She always takes the time to listen to the guests' requests and makes sure we have everything we need. Birsen has a fantastic ability to create a warm and welcoming a**osphere, which makes every meal a pleasant moment. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant and being served by Birsen for a memorable dining experience!

Gilmaz is a fantastic host at the hotel. His friendly and professional approach has truly made my experience here memorable. He welcomes guests with a smile and makes sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Gilmaz, I feel like I'm at home away from home. This was our 3rd time at this hotel, we love everything about it, reception are friendly and welcoming on arrival, the rooms are spacious and so clean, everyday the maids clean the room to a very high standard. Loved the fruit in the room the bottle of wine and the free water and fizzy drinks in the fridge. The food is lovely there is so much choice, the staff are friendly and will do anything for you. The pools are clean. And so many sunbeds everyone with an umbrella. Entertainment pretty good and great for kids. I had my hair cut by the shop under the hotel for €20. The supermarket is well stocked with everything you need. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk with a great beach bar, where you can get drinks and food. Free sunbeds. The shops are a 10 minute walk with lots to buy. We will return to this hotel. Everything is perfect.

We came here because we have a child and frankly it’s the best choice to make! The hotel is perfect, well located for the markets (beware of scams with counterfeits) 250 m from the beach. The staff is very pleasant, friendly, smiling. (we particularly thank Can, memet, and the nelly who gives the mini show for the children, you were great with my baby and we were really happy to meet you ❤️) We no longer want to return home to Belgium.. 😅 The ALL IN was more than perfect (cocktail, buffet, drink) And without forgetting the people who work in the background (kitchen staff, cleaning) Thank you for an incredible vacation, see you next year! We love barut B suites ✌️

Really good experience, staff was really friendly, food was very nice lots of options available, the entertainment team were really good. The location was close to the beach and a lot of amenities close by. Would really recommend staying here. Special thanks to DJ who made me feel very welcomed at this hotel.
