Two couples came to this hotel for 2 weeks relaxation holiday. Cleaniness is outstanding in all areas. All the staff from the cleaners, waiting staff, entertainers, and management all go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The restaurants have a huge variety of food at each meal time. Snacks, ice cream, and pasties available in-between. The evening entertainment is also good with different acts each night. The beach area is so clean and many sunbeds are available. The sea was warm. The pool areas have sunbeds and umbrellas and plenty around the pool. There are hair dressers on site along with a few shops. What a fantastic 2 weeks . Yes , I will recommend it and will be returning. Thank you, Trendy Palm Beach and all your staff.

I’ve been coming here eight years the staff are amazing the food in immaculate better than even last year the staff is so lovely the customer relations lady absolutely brilliant always got a smile on her face. Enjoy the swimming pool is brilliant. Everything about this hotel is fabulous can’t do enough for you. I will be coming here every year. It’s so gorgeous so nice and friendly. I wish the hotel to be open in January.

Just got back from one week stay, the hotel itself was immaculate, you couldn't fault it. The food was good, plenty of choice. Theres no cocktail menu so unless you speak German you wouldn't know what choices there is. The entertainment on the evening was good for hotel entertainment but unfortunately was only on from 9pm-10pm followed by 1 hour of mainly German music This hotel was mainly German guests and I felt that they were the ones they catered for. Very few staff spoke English so it was quite hard to communicate. The entertainment staff work really hard from morning to night, rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels, the restaurant staff also worked hard from morning until night. What can I say about the reception staff and bell boys........miserable, the first people you see when arriving at your hotel should be warm and welcoming, we literally didn't get a smile, apart from the one female we came across. If you like to go on holiday and meet people this isn't the place to stay as you barely even get a smile from the German guests. The location is good, plenty of dolmus to other areas which are every 10 minutes and only 1 - 1.5 Euros. The private beach is just a section on a very busy beach. They've thought about everything in the rooms, toiletries, robe & slippers, shoe horn, Mini bar with Coke, Fanta, water, iced tea & beer. There's flavored teas, coffee, sugar, Sweetener but unfortunately no milk. We had to check out of our room at noon but weren't getting picked up from hotel until 11pm, there is a locked luggage room and a shower next to the spa that you can use. I would say the only thing that let's this hotel down is the reception staff, bell boys and the "odd" waiting staff but that was a small minority and the amount of German guests in comparison to English which is the reason I wouldn't return. Please look into your reception staff as I really did feel uncomfortable approaching them!

Read all the reviews of many hotels before I booked and decided that this holiday as very much needed didn’t fancy a kids hotel & this came up the better one… So I’ll put up all the good positive things this hotel brings and then the negatives Positives * After plane being delayed and arriving over 2 hours later than planned once we arrived at the hotel a staff member rushed and grabbed our suitcases. Got us checked in and then took us downstairs to the restaurant where there was food available. *we were taken to our room and everything explained. *food! Amazing! So much choice, cooked fresh, you could eat inside the restaurant or outside in the veranda and you can mix both if you wanted. Lunchtime there was the choice of 3 restaurants which is brilliant considering how busy it gets. *Bar don’t have to wait to long to be served. They DO cocktails but you must look at the book and order but be prepared they don’t make often so make sure they are putting right ingredients in to your drink. *Air con in rooms and cleaned daily the housekeeping are bloody fantastic and huge kudos to them for their hard work. *You can’t put a towel down before 7am (hooray!!) and by 8am there are a few beds left. *Pool party is one not to miss. So much fun and everyone all ages get involved. *Lifeguards again huge credit to the hotel friendly, and make your stay enjoyable. *Hotel is extremely clean *Gym is good however some equipment is broken so use at your peril! *Beach area has canopy for shade - Lifeguard is there, plus security *Rooms are spacious *Inside bar area is really comfy and staff in there are friendly. *Turkish A La Carte night must try you sit on a veranda and choose some amazing food. *Hotel close to all amenities *Short walk along beach and then there is a promenade all along to the Side town *Plenty water available Negatives *Reception staff extremely rude in day time. *Advertises that can hire bikes -They don’t!! *Tennis courts all locked up and overgrown so definitely not available to hire *Entertainment shockingly bad!!! *Animation team -Rude!!! The young lady who does aerobics & yoga! AMAZING!!! She was brilliant & enjoyed all her classes! *Quiet music only at certain times of the day which is massively disappointing. You can hear other hotels music during day!!! *Would not recommend to English visitors unless you can talk German. You will be ignored by ALL STAFF *If you are not a smoker be aware that the smokers are sat by the food area so when you go to choose your dinner you sometimes go through a stinky fog! *The sea is very shallow and covered in rubbish on sea bed so be very careful! *Around 6pm it can still be very warm and staff start cleaning pool area and yet sun is still shining *Meal times are very short time… only open until 9pm but by 8:30pm staff are filling napkins off food and all food being taken away. *When entertainment is on in evening there are no seats available and staff don’t help to find se

It was my first time in this hotel and I would recommend it. The rooms are cleaned daily, the food is great and always fresh. The waiters are very friendly. The guest relations manager Aylin is a great listener and is very nice. She takes care of everything directly. The waiter Bekir always makes sure that there is enough to drink and is very helpful. The animation team brings a good atmosphere to the hotel. Serkan the DJ seems very sincere and always makes sure that everyone feels comfortable and has a good time. The music he plays is intended for each individual guest. He plays music on request in the evening. He doesn't speak 100% German, but he still sits down with the German guests and talks to them. Very personable.
