Çok Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever insanlar. Her konuda kibarca yardımcı olundu. fiyatına göre herşey üst düzey. ufak tefek şeylere takılmamak lazım. temizlik iyi içecekler yiyecekler kaliteli havuz güzel denize servis var daha ne olsun.

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone it was worst I've ever been to and been a few it was dirty and the smell was terrible like sewers also the food was terrible with flies all over the food I wouldn't send my worst enemy here so be warned stay away

We were in this hotel in July, a family of 2+2. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there was no family room for us and they separated us into two rooms. On the second day in the afternoon we were given a family room. The hotel is quite old but fairly clean. Rooms cleaned daily. The pool is sufficient but I have never seen it cleaned, it was always muddy underfoot. Now about the food, the kitchen is the hotel's weakest point, it's horrible . There is no choice, we were not hungry but we ate the same every day. The children were hungry, there is nothing for the children. The food was cold. Plates and cutlery were dirty everyday. The only plus of this hotel are the boys from the service and bartenders. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will never come to this hotel again.

Very disappointed. But we made the most of a bad situation. Food was ok but not much variation. Rooms small and a little outdated , the pool is too small for the amount of people and if there was enough beds there was nowhere to put them. Staff were friendly but struggled to understand us, we were the only British in the hotel full of Germans ( who were very rude and unfriendly) and Dutch. We have been to turkey a number of times and side was one of our favourite places but I definitely won't visit side again and probably not Turkey now at all .

This place is completely false advertising there no games room the swimming pool only fits like 4 people in there no bar only seating area and the bring the drinks out they have no food hygiene there fly's and bugs all over there food and it's the same food every day none of the staff speak English only Russian never stay at this hostel your end up in hospital

Выбрали отель, понимая, что это 3. Правда, ехали в напряге - тройка тройке рознь. И не ошиблись. Приехали в полночь. Без лишних слов (какие тут слова; он говорит на английском и турецком, а мы на русском)))) Дамы и господа учите английский язык!!!!) заселили в номер. Номера подуставшие и темноватые, но нас это не напрягало. Кстати, на первом этаже номеров нет (только в блоке В, но туда селят, только местных, я думаю). В номерах кровать, диван, телевизор (русских каналов нет), холодильник, сейф (за отдельные деньги). Все как обычно. Уборка производилась каждый день, но постельное белье не меняли. Но нам это и не надо (пока, под себя не ходим))) Питание. По питанию выбор не большой. В основном курица и индейка. Но готовили вкусно. Контингент. Это, фактически, немецкий отель. А немцы ребята шумные. Любят засиживаться допоздна возле бассейна. Так что, кто плохо спит и с обостренным слухом вам не сюда (балконы в номерах выходят на бассейн). Территория. Очень не большая - фактически один бассейн. И все. Да и сам отель небольшой - 2 корпуса А и В. Но есть Кумкой. Там и гуляйте. Пляж. Сам пляж, просто, идеальный ( мы отель выбрали из-за пляжа). Песок, плавный заход в море. Все отлично. Лежаков хватало. На пляже имеется бар. Алкоголь платный. В баре, в обед, можно перекусить, не уезжая в отель. На пляж ходит автобусик. Расписание удобное. Ехать 3 минуты. Пешком 12 минут. Коллектив отеля. Хочется отдельно остановится на этой команде. Очень коммуникабельны абсолютно все. Всегда улыбаются и пытаются помочь. На русском не говорят. Но общий язык находится мгновенно. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить персонал, обслуживающий пляж. Я думаю, в следующем году мы сюда вернемся. Скучаем по коллективу отеля. )))

Das Hotel ist einfach nur schlimm. Familienzimmer gebucht und ein völlig verstecktes Appartement bekommen. Essen täglich das selbe,am Strand muss an pünktlich zum Essen sein,den wenn leer dann leer. Frag mich wie hier gute Bewertungen zu Stande kommen. Personal unfreundlich, Manager lustlos.

Я был очень разочарован отелем и его персоналом.Персонал говорит только по-турецки,та же еда, очень маленький выбор,до моря 10-15 минут пешком, транспорт ходит всего 3 раза в день, на пляже только безалкогольные напитки,в первый день у нас даже попросили денег на лежак,никогда к ним не вернусь и не рекомендую.для детей доступен только небольшой бассейн, в остальном для них нет занятий,очень мало места для игр детей, между столами и бассейном.
