Hotel in zona Beach MAMOA, Ilhéus

Quarto super aconchegante e confortável. Vista perfeita para o mar e atendimento impecável dos colaboradores, além de muitas opções para o café da manhã e ótima localização com restaurante poucos metros

Hotel ha una buona struttura. Camera confortevole, zona infantile ottima, bel giardino. Ma, era in pensione, p chi vuole prendere soneca dopo pranzo se è in camera può dimenticare. Purtroppo, accanto all'hotel ho notato che la zona scarica le acque di scarico nella sabbia della spiaggia, che mi ha avvertito di non entrare nell'acqua del mare e evitare sabbia ... Il caffè del mattino è buono. Ma avevano circa 10 bolli , diversi paesi, ma nessuno senza glutine e lattosio Senza q hj è facile da usare farine come riso.

We stayed here since this was a preferred hotel for family, but we would probably not stay as long the next visit. Please be warned that they had out review cards to people at breakfast who give them positive feedback, and don't to those who give less than positive so the reviews here on trip advisor will be very skewed. (Since I gave mixed comments they did not give me a review card with a trip advisor logo prominently on it.) The price difference between the basic and deluxe rooms was minimal and our friend's room was much nicer for little more. The basic rooms were pricy once we saw what they got for a slight bit more. The positives: - The location was convenient within 10 minutes of the Ilheus airport. - The pools were clean, bathrooms were easily accessible. - The drinks (with alcohol) were excellent, and they were made very quickly after ordering. - They had activities and a playroom for kids, and a game room (although the game room needs maintained better, new equipment, etc). - There were activities for adults like volleyball, water aerobics, and contents where they gave small prizes. - The lunch and dinner menu food was very good always, prices were reasonable. - The beach behind the resort wasn't full so you had a lot of space to enjoy. The waves are rough at times. There are a lot of restaurants about a mile down the beach if you want to go elsewhere for lunch. The negatives: - The rooms were loud to outside noise, people in the hallways were loud throughout the night. - The breakfast was lacking compared to other resorts. Due to the number of people at the hotel, they produced food in mass quantity and the quality of breakfast was low overall. Tables were usually hard to find also. Multiple days when we ordered omelets they didn't get the order right. (using tapioca rather than egg, putting on onions, etc) The juices were extremely watered down, and not good. - The poolside music and master of ceremonies were too loud every day. We complained multiple time. It felt like you were in a college spring break bar. The hotel staff will not pick up empty (plastic) drink glasses from poolside. - It was quite a walk from many of the rooms to the restaurant, pool, etc. - There is not much near the hotel if you walk outside the property. - They also had little or no information on covid testing when it was required to fly back to the USA. So we had to find pharmacies online and walk to them, which there were a few within 1/2 mile. The reception desk really did not have any information on happenings in Ilheus. They had a flyer from a festival going on, but when you asked about it they had no clue. Otherwise the reception desk was pretty helpful. There was free flavored water at check-in at reception, but this was only around check-in time. The hotel should provide this 24 hours daily, it was a nice feature.

A pousada Lua e Mar é um charme, a 150 metros da Praia dos Milionários, com estacionamento interno, e deixo aqui uma dica, cuidado com o bagageiros de teto do carro. Já na entrada da Pousada uma experiência de integração com a natureza, o verde predomina com um lindo jardim com uma grande quantidade de Rosas do Deserto e orquídeas aéreas. Pensa no sossego! local tranquilo, decoração rústica, pássaros cantando e uma boa piscina. A pousada dispõe de 25 unidades entre flats e acomodações para famílias, alguns com vista para a piscina. Nosso quarto super confortável, com tv a cabo, frigobar, ar condicionado, internet, varanda com rede e banheiro espaçoso. Um ponto negativo são os poucos pontos de energia para ligar nossos carregadores de celular e notebook. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Tem sempre um chazinho de tarde na recepção, e a pousada serve lanches e bebidas. O café da manhã servido no quarto foi um ponto positivo para a pousada. Acordar nessa pousada com os pássaros cantando, Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com o cafe da manhã, já havia lido tantos elogios nas recomendações do Google e o meu, não tive muita sorte, creio ter sido um lapso. Em resumo, a localização excelente favorece passeios na região. O Museu Casa de Jorge Amado, o antigo Cabaré Bataclã, o Bar Vesúvio, a Catedral de São Sebastião estão em média a 6 Km. O Aeroporto Jorge Amado está a apenas 2 km e a Estação Rodoviária a 9 Km, bom preço, funcionários atenciosos e excelente custo-benefício, podemos dizer que recomendamos! Ottimo servizio, ottimo luogo per stare con la famiglia, pulito e organizzato!

Il resort è troppo bello. Piscina meravigliosa, area per bambini, animazione. La parte della spiaggia è bella tb, ha acaraja, ghiaccio. Ci siamo nella stanza davanti al mare, tutto bene. Ho trovato pericoloso per chi è con i bambini il vestito della camera di stare davanti al fiume e non ha alcuna protezione. Attenzione doppia. La cena era buona, il buon colazione molto buono.

Il luogo è affidabile, sono andato con la mia famiglia e siamo in un banchetto davanti alla spiaggia. Ci sono molte natura intorno. Accettano animali da compagnia e ha diversi piccoli gioielli che passano attraverso l'ostello, gatti e cani. I dipendenti sono piacevoli e educati. La receptionista, Liz, è una carina e ci ha trattato molto bene da quando siamo arrivati fino alla nostra partenza! Suggerimenti: migliorate il caffè di colazione, perché ha davvero lasciato molto a desiderare! A 9:00 non aveva quasi niente da mangiare, la cena finisce e non è riposto. Purtroppo questo è stato un punto negativo, che non abbiamo potuto smettere di commentare. C'è stata una pioggia molto forte durante il nostro soggiorno, il Bangalo aveva alcune gocce, una di esse sopra il letto. Un altro punto che penso sia molto importante è il funzionamento durante la notte e la mattina. Perche' ho dovuto parlare con l'ospite alle 00 e non ho avuto modo di farlo, ho passato un soffocamento. Un'altra suggerimento è mettere un pasto di razione e acqua per i piccoli, gatti e cani che gioiscono l'ospite! Mi sono particolarmente adorato Bob e le gatti... finalmente, in questo modo, è un buon costo e un posto molto piacevole.
