My sister and I visited the Imperial Hotel on a 5-day trip with Alfa travel. What a delightful hotel. It may only be a 3-star, but it gave a 5-star service. Our room had a Seaview, which was wonderful, and although we paid a little extra for this, it was well worth it. When we arrived, Daniel came onto the coach and introduced himself and the hotel. He also came on the coach when we left. A lovely touch, very nice indeed. Thank you, Daniel. When I went into the room, I was a little chilly. When I spoke to reception, James answered, and within 5 minutes, he brought an oil filled radiator . Much appreciated, James. Thank you. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Meal times were so well organised full credit to your waiters/waitresses. Everything ran so smoothly. A special thank you to Anca, our waitress. She was always so pleasant and even remembered what tea I liked in the morning. (lemon/ginger) Thank you, Anca. Compliments to your chefs, too. The meals were delicious . The selection menus were extremely good. Thank you. We also had fall incident whilst we were there, and the staff could not have handled it any better. Well done to all concerned.
