Clean, comfortable room. Friendly with a great breakfast. Close to other areas of interest. Easy to access. Set in a beautiful area close to the sea. Good facilities if you want to bring back takeaways or ready meals. Easy parking next to the accommodation.

Pleasant room. Very welcoming and helpful host. Just right for staying before leaving for Lundy and returning. Was able to leave the car there rather than in long stay car park. Eating area outside which would have been lovely if the weather had been kinder.

Absolutely lovely BnB, friendly lady introduced herself and let us check in early having driven up from Bristol the night before and having nowhere to go. Explained everything very well. The views on the farm and around the BnB are stunning. Lots of cute animals. Such fresh air. The room was very clean and tidy and a good size. Even the little details like the smell of the shower gel was lovely. Bed very comfy. Good working internet. And OMG the breakfast was fantastic. And well presented in a nice bag so we could eat there or take it with us. Not a buffet style but all fresh and a lot of choice. I had the sausage and bacon roll as did my partner. Will Definitely stay here again when visiting his family.

Brilliantly appointed and very comfortable rooms - and a wonderfully friendly welcome from Allison and Adrian. Our travel arrangements to Lundy Island were uncertain when I booked the accommodation but they accommodated our ever-changing plans with no concerns at all. If you want to spend time in North Devon this is the place to stay - and, if you are travelling to Lundy Island, there is the option to leave your car at the Farm. This is the best B&B I've stayed in, probably, in the whole of the UK. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We recently stayed at this wonderful B and B. Alison and Adrian are amazing hosts ably assisted by Alison's parents. We arrived late because of the traffic but were able to update our hosts who were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Upon arrival we were shown to our very pleasant spacious room which was well appointed. Our bed was really comfy and the quietness of the room was just what we wanted after escaping from our hectic city lives. Breakfast was a choice of scrumptious takeaway boxes or a sandwich in the dining room, there was a choice so as we were staying several days we chose to do a different box daily. All were exceptional and packed with local food and I wont spoil the surprise by saying what they were. Centrally located between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe we were able to go to both areas and Adrian used his knowledge of being in the local coastguard to point out the quieter places to go. I would certainly recommend Mullacott Farm and we will be returning as there is more to explore in the area. Ilfracombe is such a quaint town with many fine eating establishments.

We actually came May 2022 but forgot to leave a review! We''d been hunting for a place to stay due to attending a Devon wedding and the location was spot on. Now it was a tad tricky to find however once we arrived the welcome was lovely. This was while Covid was still very prevalent so we had things very carefully explained to us regarding bedding, rooms etc which was very helpful & reassuring as our first stay anywhere since before lockdown! We were made to feel very welcome. As someone who grew up on a farm in cornwall I was already in my element! The room was super cozy, warm and very clean! Tiny bit of noise but its an old building you expect that and certainly wasn't unbearable! We opted not to have breakfast because we didn't need it but the alternatives to the usual breakfasts we could have had were again very well thought out and explained to us. The price was excellent for 2 nights especially and we had a lovely chat upon checking out. Would definitely be back again thanks so much!
