Ci ha voluto un po' per entrare.Il portatore ci ha portati in una stanza che si è ingoiato di fumo di sigaretta e di fumo. Hanno sprayato un sacco di frigoriferi d'aria per cercare di mascherare l'odore. Non ha funzionato e entrambi gli odori ti renderebbero nausea o ti darebbero un mal di testa. Ho chiesto un'altra stanza ...i non era felice quando non c'era una nella mia gamma disponibile (admetto che era vals weekend) perché hanno cercato di tornare il braccio per pagare per un aggiornamento. Ho rifiutato e ho chiesto un rimborso. Il piacevole manager mi calmò e mi chiese di restare. Ho fatto un piacevole pasto nel loro ristorante. Fortunatamente hanno costruito un'altra stanza per noi. Non ha profumo così male. Ma in fretta ... hanno dimenticato la nostra acqua in bottiglia e il tovagliolo extra. La sua ubriacona è stata un'inconveniente. Poi siamo andati alla piscina per bere ...i è stato disorientato con i cocktail e un orribile torta di crema di ghiaccio frittata. Finalmente accanto a noi c'erano un gruppo di ragazzi poveri ...uno fumava un joint ...esplica molte località pubbliche che si sono profumate ****...it è stato un caso di non volevo rimanere qui o di quei ragazzi non dovrebbero essere li fumando ****.. Il sistema TV dell'hotel è un po' di dolore da operare ...e sedili di tessuto nella stanza non era buono ...possiate vedere tinture non a differenza di sperma ...molto fuori mettere ....ma le camere erano davvero buone dimensioni, Buona acc e prezzo decente per l'isola di Victoria .....i rimarrebbe lì ancora ... spero avrebbero fermato le persone a fumare **** lì..

Sono rimasto qui per una settimana di lavoro. Questo hotel ha un ottimo servizio dalla ricezione alla custodia alla camera. La stanza che ho ottenuto è stata spaziale e molto tranquilla - grande per un buon sonno notturno. L'hotel ha un ottimo centro benessere e spa. Il cibo è di alta qualità, ma non particolarmente creativo, e nessun piatto principale a base di piante.

All'hotel molte volte, il servizio della ricetta è molto buono, attentamente responsabile, la posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, è conveniente mangiare e comprare cose, è molto chiaro e pulito in tempo.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a serene and relaxing environment. The food was simply delicious, with a variety of flavors that catered to every palate. Set in the city’s highbrow area of Ikeja, 3 miles from Murtala Muhammed International airport and ten minutes from the commercial district of Allen Avenue, is the luxury boutique CitiHeight Hotel. It is also in the vicinity of several global hotel brands including Ibis, Sheraton and Radisson Blu. Having booked our holiday straight after the Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s July 19th announcement, my daughter and I took our first post COVID-19 international trip in search of some culturally relevant inspiration. Lagos was a great option as it is on the UK government’s amber list of countries and a destination where we could really get immersed in the culture. Our UK airport experience was hectic to say the least, and we arrived a day later than scheduled. Even the most-prepared traveller is advised to have two or three back-up plans in case of “incaseities”. I sent a quick email to the hotel, explaining the last minute change in plans and luckily for us, Banji, the hotel manager was very accommodating and sympathetic to our plight. Upon arrival, we were treated like VIP’s by the polite and friendly hotel staff who took our luggage and escorted us to our room on the 6th floor. Prior to our travel, we had made reservations through booking.com and in response to our welcome email, we made a special request for “a high floor with a birds eye view”. While our preference was peace and privacy, we anticipated endless trips down to the restaurant and bar. Our executive room was pretty much like the photos on the website. Palatial, lustrous and spacious, featuring a plush king size bed with bespoke bedside cabinets and an inviting lounge area. Alongside the usual amenities, there was the obligatory hand sanitizer, but I couldn’t help but notice the bold and intriguing artwork decorating the walls. What a fantastic way to showcase emerging as well as established artists. CitiHeight is a luxury boutique hotel, on par with international standards, and I would go as far as calling it an ‘art hotel’ considering the vast art collection and attention to visual aesthetics. The allure for me was the authentic art pieces dotted throughout the hotel. From the hotel entrance, to the lobby, restaurant, and on every floor. I saw choice object d’art pieces that fused local elements of traditional art within the luxury architecture, giving the hotel a sense of high-end opulence fused with contemporary cool. I began to envisage a ‘classic meets contemporary’ theme for a photo shoot. Tip: Take some Instagrammable shots around the hotel (Do not touch artwork). Pool Life: When it comes to ‘pool life’ at CitiHeight, just grab a sunbed and relax. Although the pool lacks an outside view, poolside was a popular hangout for my daughter and her friends. Since it had a private/secret garden feel that was ideal for swimming, sipping cocktails and soaking up the sun during the day. Sheraton Lagos Hotel is at the top of this business. Our check-in was smooth and rooms were ready without delayed. I stayed at the top floor Rm 528 and it's lovely. I felt somehow lonely missing my family while coming for our society event. However, the beautiful ”welcoming” art work I met in my room set me in a relax mood. Securities were respectful, gallant and helpful, restaurants ladies with beautiful smiles, thanks to Omolade, Mary and others. Housekeeping always on point and on time, thanks to mr. Amos, supervior on my floor for his follow-up to make the room ready before we finish our daily session, my colleague in 536 as well testify on this. The housekeeping are always ready to assist. Would surly visit again with my family this time.

Durante il nostro viaggio di famiglia in Nigeria, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'hotel Radisson, che era convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto per il nostro ritorno negli Stati Uniti. La receptionista del front desk, Mary Jane, era molto piacevole, professionale e rispettoso. Tuttavia, mi è deplorato la mancanza di comunicazione da parte del servizio di custodia, e quando ho chiesto l'uso di un lavastoviglie e di un asciugacapelli, non mi è stato detto che per questo servizio sarebbe stato pagato un onere aggiuntivo. Sarebbe stato utile se questo fosse stato comunicato a noi durante l'ispezione, durante la chiamata di follow-up dal desk front, o quando ho chiesto al lavastoviglie. Nonostante ciò, il signor Lekan, del servizio di custodia, ha fatto un ottimo lavoro con i nostri vestiti, e in generale mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno.

Come al solito, questo hotel non delude le aspettative. Un rapido check in, così come il check out. Servizi ottimi, bravi i barman e lo staff in generale. Segnalo la professionalità di Maris, una cameriera del bar. Livello di pulizia molto buone, letti confortevoli. Notevole anche il buffet. Continuate cosi.

Questo hotel offre il comfort finale – è pulito, senza spot e esulta un senso di lusso. Tuttavia, la gestione deve affrontare la questione della carenza del personale nel maneggiare i biglietti pagati. Questo è un fattore importante da considerare quando prenotare un soggiorno. Purtroppo, mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto questa questione in prima mano durante la nostra visita, e siamo stati accusati due volte di alcuni elementi, che ci hanno causato molta disturbo e stress inutile. Nonostante ciò, ci aspettiamo di tornare all'hotel nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Lagos, ma adotteremo un approccio ”pagando come vai” per evitare ulteriori problemi.
