Although, I was disappointed I was not provide iron and ironing board as listed online, I do like the hotel and will come back.

First day chek in no safe working,even after the gm checked the room.complained to reception but no resolution. Second time I checked in,room fine and safe working but asked for a room move due to not feeling OK in the room Second rooms Che ked into.no safe working. Maintenance brought another safe,bu could not install it because they could not remove the broken one Kept my personal belongings in my suitcase Long story short 1,000 us dollars was taken from my room Today being almost 72 hours later still waiting for answers No safekeeping facilities at reception, no cctv coverage as I asked for PLEASE Avoid ACTUAL PROPERTY Pool tiles broke off in the pool Rooms needs renovations Breakfast poor Overall staff needs training and the gmmust sit up urgently The guest service,personal safety and security of guests are pooor

The service was good it smells like mildew and I think the carpet needs to be pull up because it smells in there..everything else is great..

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Though it was only for one night, I feel like I got a good idea of what this place has to offer. Stellar customer service from everyone at the facility. Restaurant is open 24/7 and has a diverse menu. Close to the airport; although I was not impressed by the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, great spot for a couple of nights.

Room was nice - staff and service was mediocre. Wait staff in restaurant disorganized
