Could not travel due to legal marriage delay and informed them as they don't accept without certificate. They are not helpful and charged me even though I did not stay

Sono stato con la mia famiglia. Avevamo prenotato una suite specificando che eravamo in 5 e abbiamo trovato solo 4 letti. La direzione non solo non ha provato nessun disagio per quanto accaduto ma voleva farci pagare una cifra diversa rispetto a quella convenuta per email con un trucco squallido (subito dopo la nostra conferma avevano mandato un’altra email rettificando il prezzo). Peccato perchè la struttura sarebbe bella ma dovrebbe essere gestita meglio.

The hotel is magical. The location. The gardens superb. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are kind. They never say no for anything. Peace and tranquillity. The river is gorgeous with fish. Many locations to sit and relax. The manager Nouredine was very kind I love the come drinks. If I was to give some feedback it would be to provide more variety for dinner. Other than that this place is fit for an emperor.

I came twice in the past 2 months and i don’t regret it. This hotel is unique because of the architecture, the atmosphere but also because you have a very good service. You can enjoy outdoor or action sports. An amazing spa, 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants with different cuisine.

This fabulous experience has honestly been one in a million chance. My sister and I adored the furniture, me especially, and the suite in on its self. The view? It's a whole other story. Words can't express how many pictures I took and how joyed my sister and I were to wake up to it . The birthday surprise (decoration and food) was amazing and it truly marked us. We thank all the staff and the Director in person for his kind and warm welcoming note and special attention to details. This memorable night has made us oh soooooo happy and fulfilled :) . Overall, all was perfect and and we are already cherishing every moments spent. My phone might be a little too full with how beautiful everything was, but it was worth it. - Hiba & Doha Taoufiq

. My husband and I booked two nights here. Once we entered, the hotel porter took the bags. They made us wait for three hours for the room to be ready. And after we entered the room, we had to wait another hour for our bags! But we were surprised that my husband’s headphones (worth $300) were missing. We called them and explained to them that the headphones are missing. After back-and-forth throughout our stay there, they said that they would check the surveillance cameras and inform us of anything new. Days have passed but we did not receive any call, email, or any apology letter for the loss of one of our belongings. Then my husband decided to call them to inquire why they had not contacted him, they said because there was no evidence that your headphones were in the bag! Seriously! Is this a joke? Is taking the bags from us in front of the camera not an evidence? isn’t this your responsibility? Stay away from this hotel because your belongings will be stolen and all what they gonna say is “no evidence”, SHAME ON YOU.

My stay at the Michlefen hotel exceeded all expectations! I want to specifically thank Jamilah at the front desk. I mentioned being newly married and arriving on short notice. Not only was my booking confirmed and check-in smooth, but I was greeted with a room filled with roses and thoughtful compliments. This gesture truly made my stay in Morocco unforgettable. Jamilah's exceptional service and understanding of how to create a memorable experience for guests deserves recognition. She's an asset to the hotel and should be considered for advancement. Thank you again to Jamilah and the Michlefen hotel for their outstanding hospitality! Everything in this hotel is amazing!
