It’s equipped with everything you need for a relaxing weekend, including fast WiFi, a smart TV, and a kitchenette with a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven for easy meal preparation. Just a short, scenic walk from downtown Idyllwild, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and more. Tucked away in the pines, the cabin offers a private and serene retreat, making it the ideal escape from city life. Come unwind at Indian Rock and enjoy a peaceful stay in the mountains! NOTE: We highly suggest to drive high profile vehicles with 4X4 to access the property i.e. trucks as vehicles low to the ground may have difficulty accessing property. This is not a paved road. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING: Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. -Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January. - Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox. Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended). - Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. - County permit number: 001776 - Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire. - Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. - Confirmation: Upon booking this property throughAttached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours. - Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
