It's with great pleasure for both of us to share our pleasant experience of staying in Pleasant Hill resorts, Munnar. We checked in there on February 4 for two days. Now we wish we had more time to spend here. The place is located right in the middle of nature's beauty and pristine grace. Very painstakingly crafted by a wonderful couple, each and every facility is top notch and courteously presented. Food, pool, rooms and gym, all are meticulously maintained It's attached to a farmhouse and is best noiseless place for those who are in search of serenity and a break from humdrum of cities. The view of hills is breathtaking and awesome We intend to make it a regular winding down shelter for us at least once a gear. Our appreciation for the owners who take a personal interest by choosing to stay on the campus and looking after guests. You won't go wrong by choosing this place, we are sure !!

Staff were extremely accomodating. Nasaruddin sent us a location map and assisted in every way possible. The owner approached us to check if we were alright. Akhila made us feel welcome during our meals. Many more wonderful team members of this resort whose name i cant remember were treating us like family. The cosy environment has been tastefully engineered. We are already planning our next visit to Munnar.

Excellent property. Although far away from maintown Munnar, the property is so cozy and desolate from the routine crowd. The pool is so clean, the park is pretty good for the kids. The dance area and firewood place add cherry on the cake. The food is delicious and the staff are very courteous. Would definitely visit again

Location, property ambience and dealing all are fully satisfied. . But, unfortunately ma wife and son facing food poison now. So i suggest, don't choose sea food from here. Service all are great. Thank you.

The location is too remote. The property is surrounded by a dense jungle and all you can hear is VERY loud insects -throughout the day and night. There was no one at the property except us, and there isn't a single house or hotel in that area too, it was super creepy. The breakfast was pathetic - had to ask for everything multiple times and still wasn't served. Barely had one two options, that too tasteless. The towels were so dried out they were shedding particles. Had to call the reception as there wasn't even a kettle in the room. The dinner cutlery we kept outside the room wasn't even picked up till next day afternoon. It felt like a horror movie where no else is staying in the property and even the staff is missing. Additionally, you have to pay Rs. 3000 to reach the main Munnar city as the location is so remote! Would never visit again.

It is one of the best places to stay.. where you can feel the real quality hospitality and also experience the nature in its finest form.. the swimming pool is very good and the campfire was also amazing to sit around and chat at night with cold wind breezes. The staff were very friendly and caring to us during our stay at the resort. I cannot wait to visit again....

The property was excellent and the check in was quick even when we reached late night, the front office executive was so helpful and followed up for dinner arrangements as we were reaching late night. The property has an amazing view and the location is very quiet and pleasant like the resort name. Overall we had an amazing stay at pleasant hill resort.
