Amazing resort with breathtaking views. The haze they said, and haze it was, everywhere. Best of all, the staff at the property was phenomenal, totally dedicated to maximize guest experience. Enjoyed a cooking session with the chef in the evening, followed by bone fire with music and dance. Food made from scratch and was of top quality. It rained the day we arrived but the next day brought the nature at its best. Only small negative was that the door was a bit tough to open/close/lock. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family and kids.

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the facilities, the food, the atmosphere...it is exclusive and everything is kept and run at high quality standards. And, also we would like to highlight, specially, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. We stayed two nights in one of the cottages and we loved it. The hotel is on top of a mountain and the views are breathtaking, specially of the susent, for example, from the swimming pool. In addition, they have different activities such as bonfire and afternoon tee drinking. We think it is ideal for couples, but it could also be superb for small families. Everything is thought to have a wonderful stay. As mentioned before, the hospitality and warmth of the staff is superb. I had a minor accident and they really took care of me and made sure that I was fine, they really made a difference. In every sense we had the most wonderful experience. We can only highly recommend it.

Wonderful luxury resort in Munnar to relax and unwind! We enjoyed beautiful views of the valley and hills from our room.Very Good breakfast . The hotel staff were so very pleasant. The Duty Manager Mr Ashik Patient and personable ... We really enjoyed lot...the infinity pool was highlights of the property. I think one of the best infinity pool in Munnar. Thanks to Vishnu for facilitating our stay here

We stayed here for one day. The property is very beautiful but far from town. The rooms are also very spacious. We requested for an upgraded room and they provided us a room with Jacuzzi and private garden. One of the best thing is infinity pool with amazing views. They also arrange bonfire every evening.The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and is very delicious.

A beautiful property.. friendly staff....good ambience....the best pool ever......a heart warming stay ............would love to come back for the weather and beauty of the stay...........couldnt ask for a more peaceful place to spend a day or two

The hospitality by the young team was astonishing. Have never felt so comfortable in another state. The whole team from kitchen to reception to room service maintenance and security were doing their job passionately. One of the finest properties ever.

The location is great. Ideal if you are looking for a peaceful ambience. Good and polite staff. Me and my family enjoyed our brief stay. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway. (*Hopefully the property is maintained as good as new in the long run.)

It’s a very relaxing resort tucked away up in the hills. Prepare to unwind if you’re coming from the city. The cottages are beautiful and in premier locations. The customer service of the staff is above and beyond, and whether you are familiar or not with the Indian way, they help you feel at home.
