Joys Resort Munnar

I really enjoy this place because it's having a serene atmosphere and having a wonderful cold outside it's pretty dope . I would really love to thank Mr Ashok front office executive 💗he did a great job throughout our wonderful stay . He really mak our day remarkable service was also good , binoy he was served the food in well and proper decorame manner Near we have lots of siteseeing espically kulukkumala and other place. food is only limited but food was delicious 😋. Must visit place in Munnar

Not recommended at all. Go for it if someone is looking for a lodge. There was no security or a single staff to direct an arrival guest to the reception block. The staff at the reception was polite, just collected the payment and obtained my details in the registration card. No details were explained about the property. Some staffs were passing that way, but no one bother to ask even, if I require any luggage assistance. The room is spacious, view from the room is stunning. That is the only reason why they are still alive. My young kid dropped some water in the duvet, tried to reach the reception by intercom. Our both the rooms intercom were not working. I went to the reception at 20.35, but no staffs were present. One staff was sitting in the activity room with a personal call, sitting with one leg on top of other. He never had a courtesy to stand or at least to put his legs down. After seeing me also he was continuing the call with same posture. I met the operations manager there and asked to change my blanket, he said they have no stock, will send the single blanket instead of double. (They are not running full house, he could have replace one from other room) after 20 minutes I received a bed sheet instead of blanket! Lol Pillows were full of stains, bedsheet was not clean, good that I had a bed sheet of my own. Most of the power sockets were not working, TV shows a message to recharge. Inside the bathroom there is shower gel dispenser placed(empty one) towels were placed in a rack which is about to fall down. Restaurant was under maintenance and the construction noise were there even at night 23.00 hours. Overall, I don’t recommend this property to anyone. Just the view from the room is good. Room condition is not fair, service part is worst.

The rooms which we have accommodated was very good and the rooms were neat and tidy and staffs were kind and friendly overall the experience was good. The breakfast which was provided to us was delicious and the overall atmosphere of this joys stay was wonderful.

Hotel location is very Good and Hotel room is spacious but very urgently need maintance as all the Room and property is nit properly maintained and Food quality is very good and they are very well served in our stay and but the only problem we face is property is not properly maintained rest is Ok

Joys resort Munnar is one of the best place for those need a Nice sray. We enjoyed fully in oir stay. Nice and delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Good view rooms,perhaps best in munnar. Definitely will visit again. Very much Helping staff.

Nice view from the room…. But bathroom should be renewed…. And can see sunrise from the room itself Room is decent and clean. …….. The staffs are behaved well But no cycling even though cycle is there….for fun time game room is there………………………
