Navy Hotel

Just back from the navy hotel my wife who suffers Alzheimer’s and was looked after very well by the staff who were excellent,as we were the second people to arrive for the beginning of the season breakfast was served to us consisting of Turkish breakfast and a cheese omelette beans and as many coffees as you wanted.This was our 8 visit here and were surprised all new mattresses on the beds towels changed daily and bedding every other day ,will definitely be back if possible

I arrived a but late on the 22nd Aug for 1 week the boys on reception were very helpful they changed my room when I asked. The room was very clean I stayed in 309 above reception (I don't know about the other building across from reception) The balcony was very NARROW but long only 2 chairs no table furniture is what it is but nothing broken all works plenty of hangers towels are white 😀 which is a bonus.The breakfast was amazing plentyful and plenty to choose from even fresh omelette made and you can see them cooking you can have as much as you want . I was a bit put out when the young lad sprayed chemicals on a table to clean it whilst I was eating yuk. But all very clean in the breakfast area. The pool is clean too lovely steps to walk into the pool. Always a sun bed to use when was at the pool. You need to walk to the bar to get drinks I didn't see anyone ask if you needed a drink.I had something to eat at the poolside the chips were to white and a little raw to enjoy the omelette was OK on another day I had the home made ham burger no chips that was ok. There was not a lot of chatter by the pool or breakfast room with the tourists (english) which was unusual being holiday makers maybe because I was ALONE ???? This is not the fault of the hotel. The staff I didn't see a lot of but when I did see anyone there was not much smiling or interaction with me. Again not the hotels fault the bars play loud music until 1.30 so I had to listen to 4 lots of bar music at night couldn't sing along to any of them 😆 It's just a shame about the narrow balcony. And for me too many trees.... And maybe look into a little more of PR for staff. Overall a clean well looked after hotel dated but it all works. Lovely breakfast 😋 close to the beach and restaurants and umbrella street. I wouldn't stay there again personally

We express our gratitude to the hotel staff, also Jasmine, the administration. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and excellent mood is created. It is nice when people treat their work with dedication and responsibility. Economy room for two people is spacious, cozy, equipped with everything you need. We were there for the first time, but we hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!

A lovely hotel in the heart of Icmeler. Arrived late but was greeted by a young man in reception. Carried our cases, and saw us to our rooms. A perfect clean room awaited us. A fridge was an added bonus. A balcony from which we could the sea in the distance. All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was adequate. It was quite quiet considering it was the end of July. Such a nice touch to have breakfast laid on every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

I feel compelled to share our experience at this hotel, which was unfortunately one of the worst we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the manageress was rude and unwelcoming. Things escalated when we were falsely accused of breaking a bed that was already damaged before we entered the room. Later, we were also blamed for a broken toilet lid — even though hotel staff admitted fault, did not charge us, and apologized for the misunderstanding. Despite this, the manageress continued to treat us with disrespect. When we chose not to engage with her further, she shockingly evicted us from the hotel — in 40-degree heat — with no concern for the fact that I was with my 75-year-old mother and 6-year-old niece. To make matters worse, we later learned that the owner of the hotel is her husband, leaving no clear route for accountability. This was an incredibly distressing experience and I would strongly caution other families — especially those traveling with elderly relatives or young children — to reconsider staying here. Basic respect and professionalism were completely absent throughout our stay. As we were leaving she decided to put a broken lamp on us too.
