Quadas Hotel - All Inclusive

Rudest unfriendly management I’ve ever encountered in a hotel ever . Drink prices ridiculously high and decor dated and shabby but very clean . Waiters and bar staff were great and friendly but the management were absolutely shocking . Particulaly the woman behind the desk who shouted and screamed at guests. We couldn’t check out until a can of iced tea supposedly from the mini bar was paid for . Absolute farce as don’t even like iced tea !! Never again 🤣. Avoid the management but the rest is fine . Nearbybeach very good too .

Arrived late at night at reception taken to the room woke up next day to a fantastic view. At that point. I thought made the perfect choice hotel ( how wrong can one get ) First impression lovey hotel And im not. Wanting to be Disrespectful to staff with this review The gentleman that supports the beach side with the towels think he should manage the hotel seemed to be doing everything and would do a fab job We stayed on level 4 Rooms Was very tired A white carpet That’s well past it’s age with stains . cigarette burns on furniture The fridge was supplied with water and orange juice, and this was topped up daily if needed In a seven day stay, we had the room cleaned three times and I had to contact management twice to ask for toilet rolls which should be supplied on a daily basis. There is air-conditioning free of charge however, the television only had one English speaking channel, so there is no satellite TV system in the hotel The layout to the hotel is quite unusual you have to go down to L1 which is reception area, and if you want a drink you have to go down to ground level poolside bar There is no entertainment nothing but a small speaker above bar white wine ( paint ******** ) red wine larger raki Free the rest is charged for Second night I waited ten minutes while bartender used toilet came back 2305 to be told to late to order Total joke asked to speak to manager Sorry no In morning I asked how many bars in hotel got told two Poolside Bar and restaurant bar Wanting a white wine at the poolside one evening got told to go get one in restaurant I should have realised that the place is a joke when I asked at the poolside bar for a beer and a coke and he poured it into the same glass and looked at me confused. How much experience do you need to get that right? I do think there is only about four staff managing the outside area of hotel all week The food at the restaurant is beyond disgusting Has to be the worst food I’ve eaten in Turkey in an all inclusive hotel Breakfast only day I seen a fried egg was on a Tuesday morning every other day was boiled eggs Stuff that looked like cabbage And broccoli with sludge type stuff Toast every morning then the toaster broke no toast total joke Evening meals were no better nothing to say what is on offer no description just fingers crossed fish, rice, beef, stew and potatoes and of course chicken. Every single day .There was a selection of cakes miniature cakes. Same thing every single day. If you wanted butter you needed to ask for it in the evening . by this time I realised you could only eat the soup and bread and butter when you asked the staff for butter, they would disappear into the back room 2 minutes later, bring you out two little blocks The staff hung around the table for you to finish your meal. Clean rooms nice locations and friendley staff Spa was good . Private beach and beautifull pool was all we need. They serve burger and pizza after noon as snack that was delicious . Break fast lunch and dinner also was good for me was a little greacy any way we had a nice time there.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel with a beautiful beach and an astonishing view of Icmeler Bay. The staff is amicable and professional. The food and other services added great value to our vacation in this hotel. It was absolutely worth spending our holidays here.

This hotel was extremely clean and a great location. The beach is a stones throw away with good sunbeds. The staff are amazing and are very attentive. Only bad thing is the food. The meals looked like they threw everything in a pan they could find in cupboard. Tasteless and strange. There was cold brocoli and califlour in the salad section. Fish rolled up like a pasty, and on some things grease was dripping of the food. We pretty much had soup and salad every day and went out for food. However they did beef burgers and chips at 2:30 in afternoon which was needed considering the food situation. Rooms are nice and have a spectacular view.

This place is a 2* hotel at most. Its def not worth the money onthebeach are charging for it. Forget about all inclusive here, the food is inedible most of the time. Beer wine etc is served in plastic cups. The rooms are like early 90's decor and the pillows are pathetic, small squares. Nobody speaks english. I lost my luggage for 4 days and i couldn't even go to reception and ask them to help me. One of the guests was asking for a White Wine and the staff didn't understand him, i mean come on, how long does it take to learn the basics in english at a bar. The view was great but tbh every hotel on the beach front has that view. The hotel beside here was way better, i remember walking past at night being jealous how they have waiters serving them outside, glass wine glasses, pint glasses....ohh and entertainment. In Quadas you will be lucky to have the radio on at the pool during the day and they are serving Pepsi out of a 2 litre plastic bottle bought in the supermarket. Internet sucks big time. If you manage to get connected its only 1Mbs i mean its 2022 and this is a 4* hotel. What a joke. Look elsewhere.
