Ince Apartments

What a lovely place...highly recommend. Pool lovely and clean and a great size. Rooms cleaned daily and have everything you need for self catering holiday. Rmzi who runs the bar is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We were there as a group of 6 friends and have all agreed we can't wait to go back.

Had the best holiday here with my fella ( ste who looks 31 hahaha )..very clean, fabulous pool ,nice food & a great barman Remzi .Had a laugh with him everyday prices not too bad either ... also thank you Remzi fir the sandwiches for the plane journey home..see you next Yr love Jaq & Ste x

I have to agree with previous reviews. The rooms are very very basic. Air con only in bedroom, so if someone was on sofa bed they would bake, and yes £7 per night payable up front in £££. No fans, go out and buy your own. We ran out toilet paper, never got replaced, heard another guest say "HE" Raz wouldn't give another one. Pool was lovely only had drinks so can not comment on food. Room out by 12 midday or pay £20 to keep till 6pm. Rooms take you back to Butlins in the 70s. Gaps around door, only a table 2 chairs and sofa bed in living room, along with an electric 2 ring cooker, no toaster and a kettle. Didn't bother us as we ate out. Jimmy and Maxine at Bukarat bar turn left just down road done excellent food and cheap. Istanbul kebabs down in main town. You gey what you pay for

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I have just had the most amazing holiday, yes apartments are basic, but not like you get charged 5* prices, they were absolutely spotless, the housekeepers work very hard and are very friendly, we had a double bed which was great as usually it is 2 singles pushed together in other places. The staff were lovely, Remzi was chatty and had a good banter with the guests. The swimming pool is lovely, I don’t know why it says small pool on on the beach site. The bar does food (breakfasts were excellent) and very competitive prices with drinks, Apartments are located in a quiet area, about 10 min walk into town centre but have lots of shops, bars/restaraunts, butchers, greengrocers within a few minutes, and even a place to book all your trips, WiFi boxes and moped rental a few steps from hotel I will definitely be back

Rooms are basic, every time you shower the bathroom is flooded. Air con is £7 a day and you have to pay a minimum of 3 days. Cleaners were lovely, ramzi is a horrible man if you are not spending money at his bar or eating at his bar he turns very rude! Doesn’t take card and will only take English money. It was supposed to be very hot the week we was here and due to having our disabled nan and grandad with us we asked if we could keep the rooms an extra 7 hours so we had somewhere cool for them to wait for our transfer he agreed to this and then on the last day he decided we couldn’t and needed to pay £20 per room which had to be paid in English money. We will never come here again.

Excellent place was first class service from minute we got there remains the bar man is a gem cleaner's in every day food good spotlessly clean I had my doubts about this place ...yes its vasic but its clean comfortable and very friendly close to all amenities 5 to 10 min walk will be going back for sure great place

Lovely basic apartments.Very clean.Fantastic cleaner Suyreya.Great barman Remzi.Extreemly helpful.If he's nasty it is atitude of how you treat him.He organised trips for us and was great with the food we requested. All in all FANTASTIC

We had a brilliant time at Ince apartments. The studio apartment I was in was fabulous, cleaned every day by the lovely staff who work so hard. I have been to other apartments in Icmeler however this is by far the cleanest apartments I have stayed in. My son was on the 3rd floor and he was very pleased with the room and particularly with the view from the balcony. No complaints from us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ince apartments. We have stayed here before, and we will be returning.

Up until 2 days before we were due to go home I would have given these apartments 4 stars. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners do an amazing job. The apartments are very basic but are a good base for getting around. The pool area is lovely and always plenty of sunbeds for everyone and has a nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were thoroughly enjoying. Then the problems started, Ramzi the bar manager who up until now had been really fab, kind and friendly, had a real angry outburst against 2 ladies who refused to pay Ramzi money that their travel company had told them not to pay. He really lost it and was shouting and threw them out of the hotel a day before they were due to leave. They were very upset. We were really concerned about them and offered support, my daughter told Ramzi that he shouldn't speak to them like that and it was an awful way to deal with people and he lost it with us, threatening to throw us out as well. He told the ladies that he would take their passports and was really intimidating. This was done in front of everyone around the pool. He proceeded to make us pay our bar bill in front of everyone and refused to speak to us that night. It was very unsettling. Ramzi did apologise the next day and we accepted that, but I feel this needs to be said as some people may not have coped so well and being thrown out of your hotel in a foreign country is frightening. The ladies were fine and well looked after at another hotel. I would just like to say that none of us involved are toxic people, we were all kind and just wanted to look out for each other. Pity more people around the pool didnt stand up for them. Such a shame as its actually a really nice place!!
