Totally overpriced. They charged 88 eur/chf for one person, without breakfast, non-refundable, prepaid at time of booking. The room was nice. But the place is in the middle of nowhere and it is totally off-season now. A high price considering these factors. In a nice little city like Marciac e.g. i paid 64 eur for a comparable room even in a city and incl. a good breakfast. And it was refundable.
Well it was my choice to book here, cant blame anyone for that.
But: When i arrived here the hotel was closed with a phone number put to the door. After a while i found an envelop with a room card and a pink post-it with a note for me in french. Fortunately i do understand some french. They picked up the phone when i called for the 3rd time. I got into my room and the room was ok.
I would certainly not choose this hotel again but rather stay at a more reasonable place like Everhotel or other places in the region.
What i would have expected is that they would have informed me in advance if they want to be away for the weekend of May 1 and let me decide to stay at a different hotel instead if i wanted to.

NUL!! Tout d'abord environnement complètement à l'abandon et toilettes en piteux état:robinetterie carrelage.. le repas à 33€ vin et café non compris, pas digne du prix demandé pour de telles prestations ex: entrée crudités ultra classique, saumon servi avec des frites(sic) tout comme des entrecôtes à peine visibles dont la viande est de mauvaise qualité. A éviter en priorité et préférer le plus petit bistrot à proximité.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au mois d'août 2022. Etat déplorable au niveau de la salle de bains : traces de moisissures sur le mur. L'hôtel est plutôt mal entretenu, des toiles d'araignées un peu partout, un laisser aller général, et surtout des sanitaires dans un état déplorable.

J'ai rapidement compris en goûtant les ravioles de langoustes que le Chef propose une cuisine exotique, relevée, vivante, ce qui m'a donné envie de poursuivre par un dessert tout en légèreté. Très bonne dégustation qui donne envie de revenir pour tester toute la carte.

Un endroit a évité Je suis venue pour manger avec des amis, j’ai fait la grave erreur de déposer du verre dans un container qui est sur le parking….. Grave erreur, je me suis fait agresser par celle qui doit être la propriétaire, car je déposais du verre dans un collecteur public qui est sur son parking …. Bilan, soirée gâchée, je suis rentré chez moi n’aimant pas me faire agresser de la sorte. Merci d’avoir gâché ma soirée ! À la vue des commentaires précèdent, je pense qu’il vaut mieux éviter cet endroit. Il y a des restaurants très sympathiques dans la zone du Méridien qui savent accueillir leurs clients !

je me suis fait arnaquer de 160€ par la responsable de l’hôtel je suis en procédure en ce moment!!! personne a la réception un hôtel fantôme tout le week-end. nous avons une carte pour 2 chambres. les chambres était infestée de fourmis des araignées de poussière la piscine était très sale il faisait 30 degrés donc très déçu de ne pas pouvoir se baigner il y avait de la moisissure sur les joints de la salle de bain des insectes que je ne connais même pas dans les couloirs en bref plus jamais autant aller au formule 1.

Séjour réservé avec *********** Chambre infecté par les fourmis et toiles d'araignées On nous a demandé de payé la chambre alors que tout avait réglé chez *********** on a donné 160 euro a la réception et aujourd'hui elle ne veut pas nous rembourser même après plusieurs échanges elle nous que sa va être par virement et après par chèque cela fait plu de 20 jours et la elle ne répond plus au téléphone On ouvre une procédure judiciaire pour escroqueries

Cuisine excellente, lieu agréable, carte alléchante, serveurs et chef aux petits soins. Quelques plats sur la carte n’étaient pas disponibles, ce qui reflète la fraîcheur des produits !! Pour résumer : ne pas hésiter, foncez vous régaler.

Excellent moment partagé en couple. Un repas savoureux servi par une équipe souriante, affable et dynamique. Incontestablement une adresse à recommander. La carte est typique de la région et les mets proposés sont succulents.
