Apartamentos Blanco Sol

This was a terrible experience. The service was downright poor and unprofessional. Almost none of the staff spoke English, making communication nearly impossible. They promise to have a taxi service, but if you need a taxi later in the evening (10:00 PM!), you are simply left to fend for yourself with no explanation. The staff refused to call a taxi for us or even think along with us. The staff laughed about the problem, which was very unpleasant. The room was a disappointment. The air conditioning blows hot air onto the balcony, making it unbearably hot, so you can't even use the balcony. The pillows were terrible, so uncomfortable that my neck hurt after just one night. The showerhead was also a joke; you either have to stand in the faucet or almost outside the shower to get wet. The extractor fan in the kitchen didn't work, and the kitchen was so poorly equipped that cooking was nearly impossible. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The lack of service, the uncomfortable rooms, and the arrogant attitude of the staff make this the worst place we have ever stayed at on Ibiza...

I don't understand what people see in this apartment complex. The rooms are dirty, not cleaned hygienically at all, and both the bed and the sofa bed are far from comfortable. On the second day, we reported that the mattress on the bed had completely sagged in the middle. They came to check and promised to get a new mattress, but we never heard from them again. The bedroom is full of small insects, which you can see crawling over your phone. The apartment complex is quiet, but if you have the wrong people above you, it becomes extremely noisy. Additionally, the hot water is limited, so we constantly had to rinse off with cold water. We ended up checking out three days early, and none of the staff even asked us why. It was a disaster.

Lovely, family run, clean apartments on a quiet complex set in the countryside but 15 minutes walk to the beach. Two nice pools - one next to the children's play area & a quieter deeper one we preferred on the other side of the complex with sea views. We ate in the complex on a few occasions as the food & wine were good. My husband asked for a variation on something on the menu. The chef made it especially for him, despite never having cooked it before & it was his favourite meal of the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very enjoyable holiday & would definitely come again

This was our first stay at this hotel and definitely won’t be our last! The staff and family that run this business are simply wonderful, they cannot do enough for you and always greet you with a smile. The rooms are a good size, very clean and have comfortable beds. We have been here a week and it feels like we are leaving our Spanish family behind.

We arrived well before check in due to an early flight, our apartment was ready and they allowed us to check in early. Allocated a lovely apartment with 2 outdoor spaces and pool views on each side. Clean and tidy apartment, had everything we needed. Each night, we all slept well, no issues. Apartment cleaned, fresh towels regularly. We hired a car, found this useful. A shop in walking distance and a bus but didn’t take much notice as this was not needed. We Ate in the restaurant/bar one night and had a couple of drinks, good food and value. Perfect for families and couples alike. These self catering apartments are not 5* but amazing value for money and we would happily come back and stay again at this place.

Mooi appartementencomplex, wij hadden een 6 persoons Appartement. Het was ruim en netjes ingericht. Het complex heeft 2 zwembaden die ook schoon en netjes waren. Het personeel en eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk. Ze hebben ook een mooi terras waar je lekker kunt zitten om wat te drinken en eten.

Wij hebben onze vriendin een verrassingsreis cadeau gedaan voor haar huwelijk (vrijgezellenfeest). Dit was helaas een complete nachtmerrie. Na aankomst in het appartement troffen wij de bedden vies aan. Onder de lakens troffen wij bloedvlekken en haren aan. Wij hebben hier direct een melding van gemaakt. De eigenaar van het complex nam ons in eerste instantie niet serieus en nadat wij hem voor derde keer vroegen om zelf te komen kijken, zijn de bedden verschoond. Wij zijn vervolgens op stap gegaan en nadat wij terugkwamen om te slapen troffen wij beestjes aan in de bedden. Wij vermoeden dat dit bedwantsen zijn. Op het kussen en op het matras onder de lakens. Ook was de vloer bezaaid met pissebedden. Die zijn waarschijnlijk tevoorschijn gekomen nadat wij allen hadden gedoucht en de luchtvochtigheid toenam. Wij zijn om 03:00 naar de receptie gelopen en helaas troffen wij daar niemand aan. Natuurlijk hebben we geen oog dichtgedaan. In de ochtend zijn we naar de eigenaar van het complex geweest en zijn reactie was dat de beestjes afkomstig zijn uit de natuur en dat het heel normaal was. Wij moesten niet zeuren en hij werd zelfs agressief. Wij hebben hem gevraagd om een oplossing omdat onze vakantie was verwoest. De eigenaar van het complex wilde nergens aan meewerken en reageerde agressief toen wij ons geld terug wouden voor de nachten dat wij daar niet zouden slapen. Wij voelden ons onveilig als vrouwen Aangezien de situatie onhoudbaar is en wij niet in die situatie konden blijven, zijn wij vertrokken naar een ander complex waar wij voor de kosten opdraaiden
