Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of St. Carles, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 600 m from the sea, located by a road. Private: property 6'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola (24 m2), terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Steep motor access. A beautiful house, functional and very well placed. Note a lack of maintenance: the air conditioning which did not work in 1 bedroom, the kettle that blew up the meter, the scaled shower heads. A very pleasant garden with mediterranean plants

Villa with swimming pool in the S.Carles area. It lends itself to excellent relaxation as it is quite isolated and comfortable with a large private car park, swimming pool area and barbecue. 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus a terrace. I recommend for those

A finca in a great, central yet secluded location. The room layouts are very attractive and the sizes are sufficient. The shower and toilet in the pool area are also great. The kitchen has only a minimal equipment that has gotten old and could do with an

Wir waren das zweite mal in diesem Haus. Es ist wunderschön gelegen und ruhig. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben jetzt das 3. mal in diesem Haus gebucht. Wir lieben es einfach.
