Esplendor by Wyndham Savoy Rosario

It started off badly, the room we were given is nothing like the one we saw on the booking page. The hotel is renovated and there’s an older side and a newer side (check your room with reception if you have a preference) However, after the bad room (we did get it changed to a nicer room) the staff are lovely and helpful with the situation. During the day depending on your room if there’s a speaker outside you’ll hear music that can be quite irritating but in the late evening it’s turned off. They do offer car parking next to it which is great…however, the car park is underground. The car is put in a lift and taken down - you do this, but there are staff to help navigate around pillars and where to park. The food is lovely at the Rock & Feller and the breakfast provided by the hotel is such a magnificent and delicious selection! There are two pools, one outdoor and one indoor. Due to the weather I only tried the indoor one and it was so beautiful! Just be careful on the floor like any pool area as there is a risk you’ll become like Bambi! The water is warm and there is showers and cubicles to change, and there’s also a sauna! Only thing is there’s 2 beds and the rest are chairs - would be better with more beds. But it was lovely! The hotel overall was great, and the score I gave is only reflecting on the first part where it felt misled. But after that everything was great and it’s a very good location to explore Rosario! I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious and clean. For reference we booked the super deluxe suite. Having Rock y fellas was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast had everything you could need wide variety of food. Hotel is walking distance to monumento de la bandera and other historical buildings.

We are visiting family in Rosario from Canada and had an amazing stay at Esplendor By Wyndham. The front desk staff was welcoming and also spoke English. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the beds were amazing. We enjoyed both the rooftop and indoor pools with our family. The hotel is located in downtown Rosario and convenient for walking to monuments and local stores and shopping. The hotel has RockaFellers restaurant on the main floor with a great selection for breakfast and all meals! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rosario.

Hotel room was very clean and spacious with midern design. Front desk staff where very tentative to any of our needs. It was very convenient to have a great restaurant on the main floor. Food was excellent! We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rosario.

Staff is not honest and do not communicate. Charged an extra night stay, which could have been resolved if the staff was honest that it was charged. However, I only found out when I asked for a detailed bill and questioned them…then they told me that they did tell me the extra charge; which never happened. Absolutely not professional and taking advantage of foreign travelers, saving grace was that I speak Spanish if not I would have been taken advantage of without knowing.

It is a classical hotel with reasonably modern rooms. However , the restaurant was under renovation. No problem with that if the hotel could provide easy solutions. They offer included breakfast in their rate. But the cafe where the guests receive a voucher to eat was twice 150% full. I could not even enter to ask the waiting time. For a 4 stars hotel, solutions for a problem that is caused by them ought to have easy solutions. The bath tube has stains. Bad impression. I’d not stay there again
