Struttura in centro al paese, dotata di ottimi servizi per i clienti. Camere acessoriate e pulite, da migliorare l'aria condizionata in quanto troppo rumorosa. Personale competente e molto cortese, consigliato.

Porquerolles è fantastica e soggiornare presso Les Medes è stato piacevole, personale gentile e disponibile, struttura eccellente in tutto. Molto utile il servizio deposito bagaglio per il giorno di arrivo e di partenza e molto apprezzato il servizio doccia prima della partenza.

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, pulizia, servizi, tutto sopra le aspettative. Colazione non economica ma molto ricca e il giardino in cui poterla fare molto carino. Nella hall a disposizione gratuitamente una macchina per avere bevande calde e acqua fredda.

Oltre 30 anni di soggiorni in questa fantastica struttura. Ambiente professionale e familiare. Ottima posizione. Giardino con cascata. Abbondanti colazioni. Personale simpatico e collaborativo. Direzione attenta alle esigenze della clientela.

Location perfetta, a poca distanza dal porto. Offre camere in regime hotel oppure residence (in questo caso le pulizie quotidiane non sono comprese nel prezzo, ma possono essere richieste e pagate a parte). Noi abbiamo preso una quadrupla con bagno, anche angolo cucina attrezzato con tutto. Camera spaziosa, anche con tavolo per 4, disponibili 2 stendi panni. Molto pulita. Biancheria di prima qualità, letti molto comodi con parecchi cuscini a disposizione. Cassaforte, aria condizionata e phon. Se si vuole si può fare la colazione in hotel, 15€ gli adulti e 8€ i bambini (noi abbiamo scelto di andare a fare colazione nei numerosi bar molto carini che sono in paese). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Potete chiedere servizio navetta gratuita da e per il porto, con macchina elettrica. Davvero da consigliare !!!!

The rooms are modern and clean. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff were very engaging and helped us schedule a cab taking us from the Tour Fondue ferry to the Hyeres train station. Perfect location in the heart of the village.

I left some wires in the bedroom after checking out and the staff informed us about it. They sent an email and a form asking me to hand over my bank details (which i wasn’t comfortable doing) without even saying how much they were going to take out. I replied and asked for an alternative payment method. Weeks pass, i re-sent the email twice, no replies. i tried calling on the phone but at some point the phone was also down (couldn’t get through after the machine). Finally got hold of a person this week. Was told they’re going to check again and reply “rapidly”. Well, i had to call again after a few hours because this person never got back to me. Two days later they tell me they never found anything in the bedroom. So why would they even send a form asking for a debit if nothing was left in the first place? I understand I’m not the only guest in this place but the disorganization and lack of helpfulness boggles my mind. I’ve left stuff several times in other hotels, bigger ones with more guests, smaller ones too, but so far this is the only time it was a mess, a mega bordel to deal with the staff just to get info. I hope they improve this next time. Especially for the price people pay for, paying attention to details and recognizing when you’re wrong is part of the minimum expectations. P.S., after the whole debacle, staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Bravo!

The hotel staff was really helpful, always listening, looking for solutions, this is the main asset of this place! Great breakfast buffet with nice choice of fruits and warm dishes. It is 2 minutes walking distance from the ferry, so easy to get. And the island is so beautiful, you have only 1 thing left to do: enjoy!

Awesome breakfast catering for everyone, generous et lovely set up. very well located 400m from the pier and shops. discounts for bike renting a few meters away. Spotless clean hotel, quiet, very calming atmosphere while close to the buzz if you want to. Staff at reception speaking english. Looking way better than the pictures! including the flat itself, you have everything you need to cook if you want to its seriously great
