Stiamo andando incredibile e ambiente. Il personale farà del vostro giorno il meglio. Grande iniziativa. Stiamo andando confortevoli e cibo 🤭 Naga e lui***t nel ristorante ha fatto il mio giorno. Tali persone sorprendenti. Non vi mancheranno mai in alcun aspetto. Grazie per questa esperienza.

Centralmente ben situato. Una facile comunicazione con autobus metro o auto auto. Bella proprietà pulita e ben mantenuta. Il personale dal valletto alla ricezione al personale di custodia sono eccellenti e ben gestiti. Il ristorante dove abbiamo avuto il colazione curato dal cuoco Akshay è stato favoloso e delizioso. Buon tipo di buffet è stato eccellente. Una menzione speciale per il personale del ristorante, cioè Riyaz Azam e Hoirose, che erano grandi. RIYAZ E AZAM andarono un miglio di più prendendo cura del mio toddler e dando il cibo come le piaceva. E'una bella e piacevole esperienza. Una bella nascosta è la musica vivente durante il colazione, così calmante per un buon inizio della giornata.

È stato il nostro 13° anniversario del matrimonio e abbiamo deciso di clubare il nostro lavoro e le nostre vacanze a Hyderabad. Devo dire che la grande ricezione e cura è stata accordata in tutto l'hotel ***geer, signor Ashwin Vaidya. Grazie speciali per il suo aiuto e per l'orientamento, la nostra camera è stata decorata con asciugamani e palloncini. Le camere sono state al massimo con accoglienza e cioccolato delizioso. Un grande grido e grazie speciali al signor Rugved Dacha, leale ***, Saumik Sur, divisione delle camere ***, custodia delle case ***, Jitendra Yadav e Pankaj Singh dal custodia delle case. Il loro servizio era meraviglioso per assicurarci tutte le cure necessarie, e grazie in particolare al signor Akhat Selat per assicurare una transizione fluida dalla stanza del giardino alla stanza di Marriott all'interno. Abbiamo anche avuto una grande ospite alimentare da Gaurav Mahadeshwar e Tanay Kala. Il cibo era eccezionalmente grande e divertente a Okra & Bidri. Tremenda e personale supporto ricevuto da Gaurav e Tanay. Entrambi erano semplicemente favolosi nel loro trattamento verso di noi. Eravamo felici di essere offerti succhi freschi e ci sono state fatte speciali dosi e parata per noi. Siamo davvero molto grati a entrambi per questa ospitalità. Apprezzi anche Hi***shu F&B da Marriott. Apprezzi il leadership e congratulazioni al signor Ashwin per avere una squadra così meravigliosa, favolosa ed efficace che si trova sui suoi piedi per assicurare il conforto del loro ospite. In una sola parola, Amazing Experience e grazie davvero per aver reso il nostro compleanno così speciale. Sono ansioso di raccomandare ai miei amici a Hyderabad di condurre eventi in questo hotel. A top class hospitality at taj with gourmet trea**ent in each and every aspects,at the time of chck in all HOD where waiting at the lobby to welcome us.Thank you so much for everyone for taking time to welcome us.Especially Mr.Ashish in his busy operation time he met both check in and chck out time thank you so much Mr.Ashish. Here starts our journey of falaknuma palace experience from lobby.Mr.Harsh welcomed us by offering sword and crown to my little prince and princess they where very happy with the toy and he came up to my room and did the check in process for our convenient.when ever we go outing from the gate to palace santhosh and ***na helped us with buggy ***** chilled water with smile all the time.Once we reached room the house keeper met us with the associates and checked the comforts and placed the kids amenities. associates are so kind to my kids thank you.Room was spacious and well maintained. F&B service This summer vacation trip purely planed for my kids only. Once we reached room with in 15 Minutes we got our kid food. it was so quick and delicious first time my 1yr old son ate so much food we where so happy.Thank you so much chef, Mr.ashis and team. Lunch we had at Adaa indian restaurant food was so good.great table were and ambiance mr.sourav ***ager came and checked the experience and explained about the evening happenings at the hotel, it was helpfull.Mr.Nilesh and ajay who attended our table explained about the cousin and suggestions ***** with some other colleagues served us very well. sorry can't able to recall other's names totally it was great experience for us and our kids too. Breakfast at seleste was another miles stone in dining experience very nice food and services by Mr.Nazir and team adithya sudhakar sujatha .sous chef also met us and checked the experience Live counters of food and tea was so delicious thank you chef and service team for giving us wonderful and memorable experience. Room service Because of our kids Most of our meals ordered from room only. the IRD team taken care of all our requests so well especially the order taker shaswathi didn't forgot to take kids order every time,Associates served food on time can't recall their names sorry. In our stay Swimming pool saved us from the summer heat all the time.Kidw enjoyed and my daughter learned swimming also better thanks to pool attenders Morning peacock feeding was amazing experience.kids play room was very good and palace tour was taken place at evening.after that Singer where performing in front of the restaurants,we enjoyed. Check out was taken cake by mr.shubam and team they where so humble. Overall experience was so good one of the life time memories given by the taj falaknuma thank you one and all.

We stayed here for two nights. While the room was a little small in size, they made up for it with brilliant decor. Very scandanavian art deco feel. We were particularly impressed with Sambal, the housekeeping staff who was very helpful. He was very courteous and prompt. It's people like him that elevate the hotel brand name. Another person is Priyanka of the front office. She was very helpful. Her genial nature and smiling face, even at midnight showed her professionalism. The food spread was very good.

absolutely fantastic hotel and service. They upgraded me and took care of all my needs. good and comfortable rooms . Good view . Food was great . most importantly the staff made me feel like home . they were very attentive , prompt and caring . Currently the best hotel in Hyderabad to stay and is located in a great location

I visited terrace bar to have a drink and food …….excellent service done by karthik,Pavan&bhojesh they took very personally and served me like a family …..they suggested me which food suites me ….and the food was delicious….thanks to chefs to make delicious food……I’ll surely visit here again..

Apart from the clean and spacious, well lit rooms, this hotel should be preferred by the ones who always crib about the staffs of the hotel and their services, because you'll have no complaint against them. They are very polite and their hospitality is amazing. Now, about the food review; as I had opted only for the breakfast, the options at the breakfast buffet at MoMo cafe is great and the preparation is also very satisfactory. The only issue is that the location of this hotel is adjacent to Marriott Convention and on food delivery apps, the delivery executives might get confused, so please mention the correct address and guide them properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
