Centralmente ben situato. Una facile comunicazione con autobus metro o auto auto. Bella proprietà pulita e ben mantenuta. Il personale dal valletto alla ricezione al personale di custodia sono eccellenti e ben gestiti. Il ristorante dove abbiamo avuto il colazione curato dal cuoco Akshay è stato favoloso e delizioso. Buon tipo di buffet è stato eccellente. Una menzione speciale per il personale del ristorante, cioè Riyaz Azam e Hoirose, che erano grandi. RIYAZ E AZAM andarono un miglio di più prendendo cura del mio toddler e dando il cibo come le piaceva. E'una bella e piacevole esperienza. Una bella nascosta è la musica vivente durante il colazione, così calmante per un buon inizio della giornata.

The food at Noya rooftop restaurant and bar was fabulous. Nagraj, Ajay, Mojesh and Prathima were all professional and excellent with their sevice. Almost everything that we ordered was good, except a couple of dishes which turned out average. We washed down our food with some fabulous LIIT and Mocktails (ginger and coconut based)

I Kassamali Parpia n mrs have been in this hotel for the last two weeks in room n7022. I will like to thank the staff at the Resturant and reception.They always helpful and smiling.The best are our regular house keeper Aksthey and Hasina are doing amazing work.we thank them from the bottom of our heart.They clean our room daily.we are still in the hotel The Park Hotel ,Hyderabad

Travelled for a Business trip to Hyderabad Good spacious and clean rooms. Had a comfortable stay. Location was close to city.

Truly amazing place to stay in Hyderabad. The staff was absolutely amazing :) we can’t thank them enough for making our stay memorable and super comfortable - from the delicious breakfast, to spa, and the reception team.

Being my first time to travel, it was quite exciting to see different views, people and their traditions. Holiday Inn Hotel is beautiful, my room was cozy, clean with a comfortable bed, and freshness

Neat, hygienic property, staff is polite, cooperative and well trained, food is good with variety, service at restaurant is very good, special mention to Charan Sahoo and Charan Pradhan, overall very good stay, value for money... Definitely like to come here again, good job, keep it up

We celebrated our 15th anniversary at Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with utmost courtesy and care. Special thanks to Abid Sheikh, the duty manager, who was extremely polite and assisted us with the check-in process. He personally walked us to our room while sharing the fascinating history of the palace, making the experience even more enriching. The room was simply exquisite, with attention to every minor detail reflecting the authenticity of the palace and the vibrant Hyderabadi culture. From the Mogra bracelet to the refreshing sharbat and Multani mitti, every touch was thoughtfully curated. We thoroughly enjoyed the palace tour led by Asif Arastu. Learning about the history and wealth of the Nizams was captivating, and living a day in the palace felt like stepping back into a royal era. Dining at Adaa was a highlight of our trip! The food was out of this world, offering 100% authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. Abdul Nasar and Archana ensured we had an exceptional dining experience. We indulged in dishes like haleem, patthar ka gosht, shikampuri kabab, nalli gosht, lamb biryani, and heavenly desserts like double ka meetha, chana halwa, pan-flavored ice cream, and khubani ka meetha. Every dish was simply delicious, and by the end of the meal, Nasar had an excellent understanding of our preferences, even suggesting items for the next morning's breakfast buffet. To top it all off, Evii and her team surprised us with a beautiful anniversary cake in the Nizam’s ballroom, making the occasion even more special. My wife also visited the jewelry store, which had a fantastic collection, and she couldn’t resist picking up a few pieces. The entire staff at Taj Falaknuma Palace were warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. A big thank you to everyone for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be back!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks
