I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. All the staffs in the hotel are very polite and helpful full. Specially Jatin and Guddu at the restaurant was kind and always attending to our table order. Looking forward to visit again.

Ha avuto una buona esperienza con il soggiorno e con il cibo e cuoco Ali Khan era molto buono con il cibo faceva stare confortevole. E la stanza era tutto pulito. Situazione era al centro di Hyderabad e vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e vicino all'aeroporto di begumpet.

È stato il nostro 13° anniversario del matrimonio e abbiamo deciso di clubare il nostro lavoro e le nostre vacanze a Hyderabad. Devo dire che la grande ricezione e cura è stata accordata in tutto l'hotel ***geer, signor Ashwin Vaidya. Un grande grido e grazie speciali al signor Rugved Dacha, leale ***, Saumik Sur, divisione delle camere ***, custodia delle case ***, Jitendra Yadav e Pankaj Singh dal custodia delle case. Il loro servizio era meraviglioso per assicurarci tutte le cure necessarie, e grazie in particolare al signor Akhat Selat per assicurare una transizione fluida dalla stanza del giardino alla stanza di Marriott all'interno. Abbiamo anche avuto una grande ospite alimentare da Gaurav Mahadeshwar e Tanay Kala. Il cibo era eccezionalmente grande e divertente a Okra & Bidri. Tremenda e personale supporto ricevuto da Gaurav e Tanay. Entrambi erano semplicemente favolosi nel loro trattamento verso di noi. Eravamo felici di essere offerti succhi freschi e ci sono state fatte speciali dosi e parata per noi. Siamo davvero molto grati a entrambi per questa ospitalità. Apprezzi anche Hi***shu F&B da Marriott. Apprezzi il leadership e congratulazioni al signor Ashwin per avere una squadra così meravigliosa, favolosa ed efficace che si trova sui suoi piedi per assicurare il conforto del loro ospite. I stayed with my family for 4 days (booked for 5 days, but late check-out with extra payment is not available; this is a real disadvantage, i lost one day amount. If you book a hotel through makemytrip, you will get a good discount instead. Hotel management is very nice; reception and staff are also good; and hotel room cleaning and maintenance are very good. The location is good. Very close to the railway station; nearby, you will not find the best veg hotel for lunch and dinner except nikhils biriyani. I always suggest, with breakfast, that they provide a good-quality and tasty south indian breakfast with tasty coffee and tea. The canteen manager, mr. Bapu ji, has very good management and service. Special thanks to bapu ji. Anuradha madam, thanks for the quick response to all queries and managing things well.

Very happy that I chose your hotel to culminate my journey with IHCL. The management and all the staff went all out to ensure a comfortable and wonderful stay. We were completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service, which is second to none. From the greeting at the gate, to housekeeping, F&B service and Front Desk, the service was consistently outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Also loved the activities organized by the hotel - tour, peacock and duck feeding. The J Wellness Circle was very clean and hygenic and so were the surrounding lawns. Special mention to Bhaskar (Materials), Jhanavi (Celeste hostess) and Housekeeping girl whose enthusiasm, optimism and joy are an inspiration to all. (I interacted with them the most). Thank you so very much for the complimentary upgrade a Suite. I will highly recommend Taj Falaknuma Palace to my friends and associates and I hope to be back once again sometime next year.
