It was excellent stay during visit. Good location, clean rooms and supporting staff. Mr. Venue at reception helped us a lot for arranging visit of ramoji film city.

The hotel was actually too old, and the condition of the room was pathetic. I am quite disappointed with make my trip for including such worse hotels in their list. Bad experience with the hotel and a life time lesson not to trust brands

Pros :
1) located on main road. Near to railway station and other places in old hyderabad. 2) i stayed in non-ac deluxe room and the room size was good. 3) has good parking place. 4) even though the entrance is on main road yet the hotel is a bit inside, which keeps it noise free. 5) staff is decent. 6) has a functional restaurant with decent prices. Cons : 1) i didn't get hot water for shower for most of the times. It was a turn off for me because showering with cold water made me sick. The hotel promises for hot water but they failed to provide. They do not have any good reason to explain this. 2) i stayed on 5th floor and the wifi was not available on that floor, even though it's included in the room cost.

Clean, spacious room with 24 hr reception desk. Hotel management and staff is very helpful and guides with requested information. Breakfast available at in hotel restaurant.

Location is good, most tourist place is within 3 km range. Hygiene is good. Staff is polite. Hotel is very old all amenities are outdated.

Stayed 2 nights and 3 days, very bad rooms, nails protruding out of desks, broken doors of storage space, bad maintenance of rooms, cleaned only places visible, tv does not work. It is just a showpiece, tall people cannot use toilet as it is made in restricted place also it is broken leading to water leakage from it. Staff are evasive, they action only when you complain and they are least bothered. Overall very bad experience and will never recommend this place to anyone
