Bikanervala Boutique Hotel. We visited the restaurant. This is a pure vegetarian restaurant. The food was excellent. We enjoyed their lunch time buffet. There was a vast selection of starters. We enjoyed each and every one of them. Dhain bhalla, papadi chaat, several paneer items. So flavourful. And not too pungent either. After the starters we just nibbled on their main dishes. The waiters were so attentive and wanted us to enjoy ourselves.

Centrally located Bikanervala Botique is clean hotel. I stayed here for a night and was very impressed. The rooms were comparatively smaller however were clean and well maintained. The food is spectacular- I have a fascination for chats and fast food and this was indeed a treat. Breakfast has a variety of options and you can be fed well. Stay here for a night and you will like it

I stayed there with my infant and my wife here for 2 days on 8- Oct 2024, I had the worst experience here, 1. While having breakfast we took 120ml milk for our infant 1 time and when I was taking 120 ml milk second time after 5 min, the staff ordered my not to take milk second time as you can take milk only 1 time . This was horrific and extremely pathetic on behalf of the whole hospitality industry. I mean to stop your guest to take , milk second time while having breakfast that too for our infant, it was the lowest thing to do. The hotel industry should ban this place to serve food or at least breakfast for this act. I lashed out instantly , the manager came and scolded the guy and said that if ther are taking milk second time , you should come to come to me first next time it happens, Sir- Please note : "He should not come to you when it happens next, Rather you should let your guest take the milk the second time and change your policy. 2. Our ac broke down in 309 on 2nd day of stay at 6 pm when we entered roomwith my wife and infant kid . They said that-, The hotel was full and that there is no other vacant room and when I finally asked the hotel to make our Checkout at 9 pm and that we are leaving for other hotel, They shifted us in 209 which evidently was vacant. Then we found out that they even have a suit which was vacant which the hotel was letting us know. 3. FOOD otherwise is fabulous, tasty and healthy. All in all, would never recommend this hotel after our third-class experience BIKANERWALA SHOULD BE SHAMEFUL FOR HOW WE WERE TREATED

Location and Hotel over all is good but needs some renovation as to air conditioning and Staff is very very lethargic, very slow in response. Food quality is very good, Overall experience is 60-70% ok Please management of Bikanervala look into seriously

On requesting a cable TV channel to be added, the *** at reception stated that the same will be done in 10 mins, later 30 mins and finally stating that it cannot be done After paying 3500 rs I am unable to watch a 10 Rs a month cable channel. What a pity?
