Quest anno per motivi di lavoro ho passato piu di 50 giorni in quest hotel e devo dire che l esperienza non mi ha soddisfatto un gran che. Prima di tutti il prezzo: le camere e soprattutto il ristorante hanno dei prezzi alti per quello che offrono, senza contare che si parla di un hotel in india. Attorno non c é praticamente nulla, per arrivare in qualunque posto é necessario prendere un taxi (questo é per info, non necessariamente un malus). Il personale puó risultare cordiale all inizio ma dopo un po si dimostra insistente (se per qualche ragione non ti fanno la camera per un giorno di cercano assiduamente e suonano alla camera anche se hai messo il segnale di non disturbare). Il ristorante é la ciliegina sulla torta: prezzi come gia detto alti, cibo di qualitá mediocre e servizio veramente pessimo (ho aspettato 40 minuti per un insalata con la sala praticamente vuota).

Hotel next to Lakdikapul metro, ***y long route buses stop here. Entrance has spacious parking space infront and underground. Spacious lobby, from office can be refurbished,Travel desk is available at lobby. So also taxis are arranged on request convenience store at lobby, next to restaurant. Two lifts . Bar at ground floor, seems to be more busy. Their check in is at 1 pm and check out my 11 am next day. And early check in is with 1000 rupees. So plan accordingly. For someone who is coming early may be a challenge. Decent rooms, linen can be more clean.There is a work table, Two large chairs with a coffee table add to room ambience. Provide 2 water bottles with coffee maker. Soap and shampoo are there. Saw a foot massager in room. Can provide dental and shaving kit. Wifi is there,did not check. Number of eataries are there just outside the hotel. Luggages are kept in one corner, can have a luggage room for more safety.The hotel provides laundary service.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti con famiglia e segue sono i pros & cons Pro - 1. Le camere sono più grandi in dimensione. 2. Ospitalità del personale. 3. La frenata veloce e la qualità del cibo è anche buona. 3. L'atmosfera e le strutture sono fantastiche. Cons- 1. Nessun ascensore per parcheggio per la ricezione che crea preoccupazioni come tutta la bagaglio deve essere presa su 2 piani. 2. L'acqua viene bloccata in bagno che viene poi risolto da un team di manutenzione. 3. Dovrebbero visualizzare alcuni pannelli di visualizzazione sulla strada principale per accedere facilmente all'hotel.

Our Anniversary stay at Taj Falaknuma was one of the most memorable experience that my husband and I will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived on our Anniversary day and were welcomed in a horse-drawn carriage ride till the end of our stay, we were treated like Royalty. The entire staff was constantly looking out for ways to enhance our stay. Rup and her team had prepared a personalized and private Anniversary celebration in a special and very grand Palace room, which completely delighted us and took us by surprise. Rup, with her ever-smiling approach, went over and above to exemplify the highest level of hospitality that Taj is famous for. We have celebrated our honeymoon and prior milestone events at ***y other Taj Properties but Taj Falaknuma has completely exceeded our expectations. The Taj Falaknuma has been restored to all of its former glory and it felt like we were staying in a real Grand Palace and not a high-end hotel. Our sincere ‘Thank You’ does not do justice to the gracious service provided by each and every staff member we encountered during our stay.
