Hotel in zona Five Below, Hyannis

Our family of 4 stayed at the Courtyard Hyannis for 4 nights. I wasn't sure what to expect as we had never visited the area before but had high hopes since we were staying at a Marriott property. The two biggest positives are the housekeeping staff who was extremely nice and the LOCATION. There is a Target, Trader Joes, full service Starbucks and mall right next to the hotel. The lobby- large, clean and very quiet. No free coffee or breakfast but they had a Cafe with a Starbucks sign. Note that this is not a full service Starbucks and they do not have a lot of the ”specialty drinks”. The lobby also has a free computer/printer if you need to print documents. It also has a market area if you need to purchase drinks, laundry items or things you may have forgotten-- but it is expensive! Walk to Target or Trader Joes and get what you need. Do not get it at the hotel! The rooms- the rooms have not been updated but the beds are comfortable. The wall paper is peeling, the bathroom could use a good overall, the AC needs updating because it is VERY LOUD. But important things to note for all travelers- rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, includes a refrigerator and microwave! The house keeping staff- so very nice. Every time we walked by they said HELLO or GOOD MORNING. We walked by several times throughout the day and they were actually CLEANING the rooms, removing beddings, wiping down the counters and vacuuming. The location is wonderful- we walked to Trader Joes to get food, the full service Starbucks and Target. The kids were able to go to the mall together or with friends and the mall includes lots of eateries. Another plus is the Cape Cod Creamery is right there by the hotel. The bad- the walls are very thin, the wall paper in the hotel lobby, rooms, hallways are peeling. We TV hardly ever had a signal, we could never find a channel that we could actually watch something on because it kept going out. We called for maintenance one day and he/she never came. Some of the rooms we walked by had a very bad (sewer smell). Friends who stayed in other rooms had the sewer smell problem that the hotel couldn't fix but gave them room air fresheners. This Marriott property was just average and needs an overhaul. But give the hotel a try- the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the house keeping staff so very friendly. There isn't much you can do about peeling wall paper, update the bathrooms, loud AC, thin walls unless the property does a full overhaul. But at least the people are very nice and kept the hotel clean for us.

Che hotel favoloso! Questa è la prima volta che ho soggiornato in una stanza che mi ha fornito w/a frigo E un forno a microonde, insieme a w/a caffè! Mi sono piacevolmente e felicemente sorpreso. Questo hotel è molto pulito e ospite. La camera che ho soggiornato ha un ufficio per la realizzazione di un lavoro informatico e una grande TV a schermo, w/due letti confortevoli di dimensioni Qen. Il lobby dell'hotel offre anche ai clienti dell'hotel w/FREE Internet service e uso. E offrono gratuitamente colazione a buffet ogni mattina, uova scrambled, due tipi di salsicce di carne, scelta di bagagli, muffin inglese, toast, un produttore di waffle per fare le vostre stesse waffle, succo di mela, succo d'arancia, acqua, latte, frutta-banane e frutta sortata, Cereali freddi e caldi, tè, caffè, burro, gelatina, ALL quanto si può mangiare. Questo è un ottimo hotel per soggiornare. Purtroppo, il gruppo w/a cui ho fatto il tavolo era in viaggio w/sistema di tempo rigoroso per fare diverse visite di vista durante il fine settimana, quindi non ho potuto vedere la piscina o la sala di eccczess o utilizzare uno di questi due servizi hotel offerti, Quindi non posso commentare in questi luoghi. Un'altra grande cosa su rimanere in questo hotel è che il centro commerciale principale è w/in una pietra di throw/5 minuti a piedi da questo hotel. Se visitassi Cape Cod, MA di nuovo, mi opterei per restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

Dopo aver utilizzato Hampton Inn come hotel di scelta, in alto e in basso la costa orientale per gli ultimi 11 anni, siamo stati molto delusi di questo particolare, in una parte molto poco attraente e non turistica del Capo. Inoltre, le esigenze di base che avresti dovuto aspettare quando paghi $400/night non c'erano WIFI gratuito è stato annunciato ma quando abbiamo cercato di accedere a lui era $2.99/day, il tappeto e le pareti del corridoio sembravano sporche, e mi è stato deluso che non ci fosse una penna e una penna nella stanza (le raccolgo in hotel :). Quando abbiamo controllato il cameriere al dipartimento frontale, ho chiesto una carta di credito anche se avevo pagato i costi dell'hotel in pieno 5 mesi prima, ma ho capito che questa è una pratica comune per gli incidenti. Ho consegnato il mio conto bancario Mastercard, la stessa carta che ero costretta a pagare per l'hotel. Non ho usato questa carta da quando ho pagato per il nostro viaggio nel febbraio 5 mesi prima, quando abbiamo acquistato una nuova carta di credito bancaria in cui guadagniamo soldi che usiamo esclusivamente per acquisti. Il cameriere aveva la mia carta dietro il contatore, fuori dalla mia vista, per un minuto o così, e la restituì. L'ho messo nella mia borsa e non l'ho usato ancora il giorno dopo il ritorno a casa abbiamo avuto un on-line $264 per Wayfair (non ci siamo negoziati a Wayfair) che è stato fatto con il mio account bancario Mastercard. Naturalmente abbiamo chiamato la nostra banca e abbiamo parlato con l'unità fraudolente che ha coperto i $264, ha cancellato la nostra carta e ha avviato un'indagine. Ho contattato il numero di linea di reclamo dell'Hampton Inn e mi è stato detto che trasmetterebbero le informazioni alla W Yarmouth Hampton Inn che mi avrebbe contattato entro 48 ore. Non ne ho mai sentito parlare. Prima di tutto, non rimarremo mai più al lato della baia del Capo, e a causa della mancanza di attenzione di Hampton Inn, non li usiamo più per le nostre esigenze hoteliere.
