The service, the accommodations, the meals, the variety of offerings of experiences from game drives to cultural immersions exceeded our expectations. Everyone was genuinely kind and interested in our comfort and welfare. I learned more about natural history of the region during my game drives here than any book or prior game drives could have taught. Highly recommended and God willing, I will be back.

The power kept going out making it hot. The bugs got in the tent. The food was superb. The staff were excellent and professional.

Our stay at the Elephant Camp was fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. The food was delicious. The amenities were lovely. I can't say enough about this camp. I really loved being able to see the elephants at the sanctuary. My first time seeing an elephant in Africa was an incredible encounter. I have a video that shows that she made eye contact with me and we had a moment! How awesome! I also loved visiting the Wildlife Trust. The people who work there are so dedicated and passionate about their work.

My Husband & I were celebrating our Anniversary we had 3 days at the camp it was excellent the staff were attentive to our every need we were left a bottle of bubbly in our room as they knew it was our Anniversary. They advised us on arrival of everything that was available and were happy to switch things around to suit us! The interaction with the elephants was amazing the sunset cruise was awesome Victoria falls tour was unbelievable the visit to a cultural village & school was enlightening. The staff were always at the front of reception to greet us every time we arrived back from an excursion with a smile and waving hands. They were truly amazing and would advise anyone going to Victoria Falls to stay there. A wonderful experience.

We had 2 wonderful nights at Elephant Camp. Shoutout to Takudzwa and the team for making our honeymoon stay so special. Squeezing in as many activities as possible for us to experience, and even assisting when one of us got sick the last night. The food was delicious, the drinks were always cold and kept coming. The tent itself was luxurious, with a great view of the watering hole and a much needed splash pool. We will definitely be back!! The Williams' - Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

Our accomodations were nice and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our package included an evening drive and we spotted wildlife there - and then some sundowners over the Gorge. The next day we had a lovely guide who gave us the informative and photographic tour of Victoria Falls, followed by brunch at the Wild Horizons Lookout Cafe. The afternoon included the Elephant Encounter, and then heavy appetizers on a sunset cruise, with more wildlife (elephants, hippos, crocs) and a spectacular sunset on the Zambezi river. Meals were great as was our interactions with staff. As accomodations are limited, we also got to know a few of our fellow travellers which we also enjoyed. The only downside is that it was the end of our trip.

This was our second visit . Previous one 2017 Tendai the manager greeted us on arrival and set up an amazing itinerary : Batoka gorge cocktails to start . Then amazing walking tour at Victoria falls . Stan our guide was great . Then off to visit and feed elephants . Finally a boat ride on the Zambezi river seeing elephant hippos crocodiles etc All staff were extremely friendly and helpful Our “tent” in the bush was luxurious . Food was good Even better than our last trip in 2017

The staff was not very enthusiastic and seemed to go through the motions. The elephants were trained and allowed to interact with the elephants in ways that I don’t think they enjoyed, kind of like circus elephants. I don’t believe they were mistreated but it made me sad, in retrospect, that they were used in this way. This was our third safari company and it paled in comparison to the other two. Not their fault but the country seems very depressed and in poor condition over all
