It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc…
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Sono sempre membri di Open Yuan. La prima scelta per il turismo è l'hotel del Open Yuan Group. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha chiamato un giorno prima per informarmi di alcune cose e strategie turistiche. La stanza del parco prenotato, mi aggiorna alla stanza del lago. Il paesaggio è davvero buono. Il balcone può vedere direttamente la copertura rossa 😀.Tutti i servizi e la colazione sono buoni. L'acqua potabile è ubicata nella posizione di uscita dell'ascensore. L'ospite può prendere da solo in base alle proprie esigenze, questo metodo è ancora più atmosferico. La prossima volta che vengo al lago South Pacific, vivrà qui, e consigliamo anche agli amici che ci circondano di stare.

UUtente ospiteChe sorpresa meravigliosa quando siamo arrivati a questo posto. Le camere sono tutte diverse e molto ben decorate. La vista delle montagne è terribile e la piscina è perfetta. Il menu del ristorante non è molto lungo, ma tutto quello che abbiamo gustato è stato davvero delizioso. Il personale è andato di sopra e di là per aiutarci a trovare un pilota, selezionare luoghi per visitare la zona, prenotare tavoli e rispondere alle domande che abbiamo avuto da CDC. Hanno condiviso il loro contatto di guardia al check-in e sono stati molto reattivi.
Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno, anche i nostri figli.

YYaroslav19L'hotel è situato su una collina in una foresta di bambù. Non ci sono vicini intorno, quindi in Arcadia si può godere della natura e rilassarsi dal rumore della città. Una vacanza in Arcadia è perfetta per gruppi di amici, famiglie, con voi amore o solo.
La camera è spaziosa, luminosa, ben ventilata, il letto è grande, la nostra camera ha un balcone che guarda la valle. Ci sono molti posti per rilassarsi, 2 giacche e una grande piscina.
Anche noi stranieri ci piaceva la cucina cinese in questo hotel. La cucina europea e il servizio di piatti sono grandi, non abbiamo mai visto questo livello in altri hotel. Gli ingredienti nei piatti sono freschi e di buona qualità.
Oltre al buon cibo, Arcadia ha anche il miglior servizio tra tutti gli hotel che abbiamo fatto. Grazie Terry! Il personale è amichevole e utile. Ci siamo stati saluti e scortati come buoni amici.
Il proprietario di Arcadia Ernest è una persona ospite, gentile e interessante con un eccellente inglese. Ci ha dato una visita dell'hotel, ci ha mostrato viaggiare con splendide viste sulle piantagioni di tè e sulla valle, e ci ha raccontato molte storie sull'hotel e la zona circostante.
Nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Shanghai, pianificheremo sicuramente una visita ad Arcadia!

TTeo792the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people.
Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really.
However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

Abbiamo anche portato i nostri 2 cani, e mentre la maggior parte dei soggiorni che abbiamo avuto per essere tolleranti per i cani questa villa ha anche cercato di rendere il loro soggiorno così comodo anche, fornendo loro letti extra per cani e anche dando loro entrambi un piccolo colazione per entrambi i giorni che abbiamo Non posso sottolineare quanto sorprendente sia stato il servizio delle ragazze non solo a tutte le nostre richieste, ma anche a offrire servizi di buon pensiero, come fornire un dolce dolce per aiutare con le gole secche. La struttura è molto accogliente con una moderna facciata tradizionale, la stanza stessa era moderna, pulita e confortevole. La zona diretta intorno alla villa è costituita da piccoli negozi, con alcuni in costruzione, le ragazze ci hanno guidato a un ristorante locale che era molto buono. All'interno di una distanza di passo ci sono campi da gioco, piccole tracce e giardini vegetali perfetti per le passeggiate del cane mattina, ci siamo sorpresi di passare più tempo esplorando la zona locale di quanto pensassimo. Il colazione cinese servito è delizioso, e per i nemici del caffè posso confermare che è buono, fatto da una macchina corretta.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.Abbiamo affittato la villa con 4 letti (il stile verde) per la celebrazione del nuovo anno con amici e quando arrivato alla posizione erano guidati alla villa; tuttavia, immediatamente scoprì che la villa non era stata pulita dopo i precedenti visitatori. Torniamo alla reception e chiediamo di organizzare la pulizia rapidamente, il personale della reception ci ha chiesto di aspettare la pulizia e che la pulizia ci vorrà circa un'ora, siamo tornati in zona della villa ma nessuno veniva per la pulizia per molto tempo, noi sono stati spinti a fare servizio diverse volte e alla fine la gente dalla ricezione è venuta a pulire la struttura invece di pulire il personale. Commento speciale su questa villa - non sembra buono all'interno e chiaramente richiede il rinnovo di decorazione.
Dopo alcune scoperte durante le procedure di pulizia, abbiamo infine insistito sul cambiamento della villa, poiché l'attuale era troppo sporco e la pulizia è andata estremamente lenta. Un'altra opzione è stata offerta abbastanza veloce e è stata una buona sostituzione - nuova decorazione, pulita e bella decorazione di stile Van Gogh (le immagini sono di questo), tuttavia, abbiamo perso un po' di tempo e invece di check-in alle 3:00, Abbiamo completato tutto solo circa le 4:00 (siamo arrivati circa le 2, quindi tutte le procedure ci hanno preso circa le 2 ore) e ci siamo offerti di ritardare il check-out fino alle 4:00 il giorno seguente per compensare la perdita di tempo.
In generale, tutto è finito bene e la nostra celebrazione è stata grande, ma troppo sfide sul cammino, non è ciò che si aspetta per quasi 2000RMB per notte.
