5 stars! Best family stay in Nan Xun Water Village!
We booked this beautiful minsu last-minute because of the China Internet Summit – everything else was full. What a lucky find! It became the absolute highlight of our 2-day trip with parents, husband, and our 1-year-old baby.
From the moment we arrived by boat, right at the hotel doorstep, everything felt magical. Staff took our luggage straight to the room.
After lunch, we enjoyed the famous “tea three ways” welcome. So relaxing after a long day of travel. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly designed with traditional water town style – wooden beams, soft lighting. Our little boy loved watching the boats pass by.
At night, they surprised us with sweet soup dessert served riverside. We sat under the stars, sipping warm dessert while the minsu’s friendly dog “Tiao Tiao” gently played with our baby. The photos and videos we took look like they belong in a magazine (thanks to the photogenic interior!)
Everything (boat transfer, tea ceremony, dessert, even the dog cuddles) was included. Perfect for families who want authentic water village experience without stress. Highly recommend!

Non è male la decorazione, anche se il giardino è un po'più semplice, ma non sarei venuto qui di nuovo, soprattutto durante un weekend di vacanza. Puoi ottenere un valore migliore altrove.

Appena arrivato alla porta, il principale sorrise e prese il bagaglio attivamente. E'stato inviato alla stanza. Questo tipo di apprezzamento senza apertura di voze e' tranquillo immediatamente.
E'piu' sorpresa entrare nella stanza!La qualità del cappello è stata tagliata, la biancheria e le forniture sono completamente il livello dell'hotel stellare, la tazza di cappello Iejia, il cappello di bruciare Dillon. Quando si riposa, aprire la cassetta di Marshall è aumentato di più e più confortevole. Vedere i dettagli. La tavola è anche pronta per il bagaglio di Sam, l'acqua di Parigi, molto generosa.
Il suo colazione a casa è il momento brillante della mia visita!Non solo è nutriente, buon sapore, il piatto è più delicato come un'arte. Dopo aver mangiato colazione e bevuto il caffè consegnato dall'hotel, e si siede vicino al fiume anche se si vuole liberare, è molto comodo. Quando si fa il film, è un grande film di amici e il valore emotivo della qualità.

JJiaowolaofoyeQuesto soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico! Fin dal momento in cui varcherete la soglia del resort, sentirete il calore di casa. Il nostro maggiordomo Xiao Ma è una persona seria e responsabile e il suo servizio caloroso trasmette ai clienti un'atmosfera molto cordiale. La stanza è pulita e ordinata, la vista fuori dalla finestra è perfetta, l'arredamento è squisito, i servizi della casa sono completi, il letto è morbido e confortevole, consentendo di dormire bene la notte, e anche la sorgente termale privata in montagna è molto bella. Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e il sapore è ottimo. La prossima volta che andrò in vacanza sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

The swimming pool is big enough and the restaurant nice with a bit of European choice. The staff doesn’t speak English but can help you through we chat to find the right place and even select restaurant around, super helpful. A great discovery and very charming and unique place.

Da quando sono arrivato, sapevo che questo ritiro di campeggio sarebbe stato un'altra cosa, e avevo la fortuna di trovare una stanza accanto al lago, e svegliarmi al suono delle onde gentili e della canzone degli uccelli era assolutamente tranquillo. La vista da sola valeva la pena di viaggiare!
Quello che si è reso veramente incredibile è stato il servizio di guida puntuale, professionale e amichevole.Ha reso il movimento intorno al grande campeggio senza sforzi e piacevole.
La squadra sul posto era fuori luogo. Qualunque cambiamento di ultima notte o richiesta speciale, si occupavano di tutto con il caldo e il sorriso. Mi sentivo davvero benvenuto e curato per tutta la mia permanenza.
Le esperienze offerte erano la cera in cima! Ho dovuto godere di una fotografa gratuita con il lago come il mio fondo, che mi ha lasciato con belle memorie catturate per sempre. La cavalleria era rilassante e spaventosa, e il paddle che si recava sulle acque calme era un allenamento tranquillo, ma divertente.
Uno dei momenti più unici e tranquilli è stato il trattamento del suono del bollo, l'esperienza di calma e di fondamento.E per incidere il giorno, il fuoco musicale sotto le stelle era magico. Grandi vibrazioni, grande compagnia, e un modo perfetto per finire ogni notte.
Non era solo una via d'uscita, ma era un'esperienza che nutriva l'anima. Ho lasciato sentirmi rilassato, felice, e pieno di ricordi inoltrabili. Molto consiglia a chiunque cercasse la natura, il lusso e un toccamento di magia!

JJuliaFThis is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night.
I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

Nestled in the heart of nature, the accommodations offered a remarkable sense of privacy, allowing us to feel as if we were one with the surrounding woods. The air was fresh, and the soothing sounds of birds provided a healing backdrop that encouraged relaxation.
The retreat offers a variety of complimentary activities, including horse riding and pottery lessons, making it easy to immerse oneself in the natural beauty. The complex features well-maintained walking trails, multiple swimming pools, and three restaurants, all set against a stunning hilly backdrop adorned with coniferous forests, bamboo groves, and tea plants.
Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring a fantastic selection of Chinese, European, and African dishes, catering to every palate. This is not just a hotel; it’s a thoughtfully designed retreat dedicated to enjoying nature, escaping the stresses of daily life, and engaging in activities that promote a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I must highlight the exceptionally friendly staff. Upon arrival, we were assigned a private assistant via WeChat, Simmons_911, who was always available to provide information and guide us through our daily activities, from restaurant bookings to extended check-out arrangements. The responsiveness and flexibility of the staff truly enhanced our experience, and it was a pleasure to have the General Manager personally welcome us.
For those who prefer not to walk, electric buggies are available to navigate the complex, ensuring comfort in the heat. I can't praise this retreat enough! It has certainly become a place I will dream about whenever I yearn for those precious moments of relaxation and enjoyment. Highly recommend!

L'hotel si trova in una valle di 2.800 acri, una foresta di bambù molto appartata e adatta a persone provenienti da Jiangsu, Zhejiang e Shanghai che vogliono trascorrere un fine settimana. La baita è realizzata con materiali pregiati, con ampi spazi e suddivisioni scientifiche, quindi non è un problema per una famiglia numerosa soggiornare. Ci sono molte attività di intrattenimento come equitazione, gite in barca, teneri animali domestici, artigianato, lettura e calcio, così non dovrete uscire. Anche il servizio è molto buono. Prima del check-in, la governante Xiaoyue ha preso l'iniziativa di aggiungere WeChat, chiedendo informazioni sulle attività e chiamando un'auto in qualsiasi momento, facendo sentire gli ospiti a casa! Infine, ritengo che questo hotel sia davvero un tesoro. Inviterò tre o cinque amici a tornare la prossima primavera!

It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.
