UUtente ospiteGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

HHowardFantastico 2-night soggiornare nel castello nudo. Perfetto per una breve distanza dalle grandi città circostanti. Belle viste dalla suite di cliffside. Preferisco la suite di cliffside rispetto alla 5 camere da castello tematiche, a causa della grande disposizione aperta della suite e di una migliore vista sulla montagna. Il buffet (vicino alla piscina) è buono e il ristorante al castello è grande! Non una grande quantità di attrazioni, ma questo è ok, dal momento che l'obiettivo di andare lì è rilassarsi. Usato mezza giornata per controllare le aree sceniche vicine Mo Gan Shan. Se non si guida, entrare e uscire con un taxi richiede un po' di pianificazione. La parte della proprietà ha due tracce di cammino diretto verso la vicina zona scenica di Mo Gan Shan (passeggiata facile) e Yu Cun (molto sfida). Pro tip: assicurarsi di portare anti-moschito/bug morso lozione/crema e anche anti-itch lozione.
Speciale grido a Johnson, che si è davvero occupato di noi durante il nostro soggiorno e il personale del ristorante al castello per il loro eccellente servizio!

小陳服務非常貼心 還主動幫忙指引找不到路的外賣小哥 下着雨還跑出去幫忙拿外賣 晚上還準備了晚安奶 各種要求也會馬上響應
房間衞生乾淨 床品也很舒服 就是燈光有點暗 然後如果能有一個小的桌椅能在房間喝杯咖啡吃點東西就讚了
早餐雖然簡單 但是搭配也可以 還貼心的給狗狗煮了雞蛋
大樂之野的處在桃花源裏面 環境非常棒 下次天氣好的時候再帶狗子來玩
酒店的咖啡也不錯 總之很滿意

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è buona, lo stile giapponese, il vento al piano di sotto, il vento al balcone, si trova nel mare di Liu, e andrò a giocare nella piscina. L'hotel è molto entusiasta e deve dirgli di mangiare in anticipo. Perche'non lo so, dopo che è arrivato, ha chiesto a Abu di bruciare il riso d'uovo, molto delizioso, un po'di pompa lenta, La nostra famiglia ha mangiato tre fagioli. Non mi aspettavo che il giorno dopo la colazione fosse ancora molto grande. Il riso bianco è con verdure di uova, granturco, una piccola salata di verdura, e un sandwich autoprodotti.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Alla fine di aprile non c'è molto gente, il parco è molto tranquillo, l'ambiente è buono e l'aria fresca, e gli animali piccoli sono molto carini, il che significa che non c'è molto lavoro di ruggine.Il ristorante occidentale ha un buffet ricco e delizioso, il prezzo del parco è un po'prezioso, si consiglia di portare il cibo cinese da solo.Riassunto: il prezzo di acquisto del gruppo è superiore e si aspetta di restare la prossima volta.

Fortunatamente abbiamo scelto il livello del terreno, perché abbiamo grandi valigie; non saremmo felici di portarli in alto.
La camera è ben attrezzata con letti, lettini e letti, bagno ben attrezzato, pulito e buon odore.
Hanno un bagno, ma è fuori e siamo troppo stanchi per uscire.
Ci sono tazze e tazze di tè fornite e si può avere un piatto dopo le passeggiate intorno alla zona.
La posizione è di prima classe: solo pochi passi verso l'azione. Penso che amo davvero questa vecchia città HanXun; non è troppo occupata rispetto all'altra vecchia città, e è piena di locali!
La cosa più notabile è la cortesia: prima di entrare, li ho scritto e mi hanno dato la posizione esata del nostro Veicolo (dato che l'accesso alla vecchia città è piuttosto difficile). Se avete grandi valigie e non vi piace salire le scale, vi consiglio di contattarle in anticipo.
E alla data di check-out, dobbiamo tornare a Shanghai, un gentiluomo molto utile, ci ha aiutato a parlare con i Drivers e ci ha trovato un trasporto adatto. Ha trascorso oltre 30-minutes con noi e siamo stati molto grati.
Se c'è una cosa che consiglio per il miglioramento, forse il giovane può rallentare il suo fumo.
Mio marito e io siamo stati fumatori, ma abbiamo cessato entrambi. Spero che un giorno lo farà per la sua salute.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
