We stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

This place is nice and the location is good as the views along the river are beautiful, especially at night. The host is very accommodating. Our family of 6 are vegetarians, but there are no vegetarian eateries within the NanXun Town. Upon request, the host specifically prepared vegetarian dinner for us that was really yummy. They also have 汉服 costumes that we could put on for photo-taking, and it is free of charge. Highly recommended.

UUtente ospite在一場逃脱城市的旅行中，偶然來到了村子的盡頭遇見了這家酒店。酒店依山而建，裝修風格簡約樸素顏色相對素凈，與山相融宛如天成。躺在泳池旁的躺椅上，享受着精緻的甜點，看着藍水與晚霞相互呼應，給我帶來了前所未有的寧靜。
酒店是自帶飯店的，餐廳風格與房間風格相似，餐食是安吉當地風味菜，整體氛圍偏西式，氛圍感很強。吃飯正好遇見旁邊桌子情侶過生日，餐廳服務人員對其桌子上進行了佈置，感覺氛圍更加適合情侶約會。
我定的房間有兩層，一層偏向於是一個客廳，卧室在二樓，一個人住有些許空曠。酒店配有管家服務，回訊息速度很快，有問必答很有效率。因為偶然定的房間，有泡池的小房間都沒有啦，管家幫忙專門準備了泡池🥹 （小姐姐，小哥哥顏值都很在線，服務很用心，特別表揚👍）

Poiché non c'è molto ospite dopo il giorno nazionale, la signorina e la sorella ci hanno promosso gratuitamente. Siamo particolarmente felici e godiamo di un grande bene.La camera degli ospiti è molto spaziosa e confortevole dopo l'aggiornamento. I bagni sono anche molto buoni.La colazione e la cena del ristorante sono buoni e molto buoni. Lo stile hotel nel suo complesso è diverso, il colore di combinazione è molto chiaro e molto adatto per la fotografia. La cosa più lodevole è che le signore della reception sono professionali e intime, e hanno iniziato a capire il nostro piano di viaggio, aiutarci a progettare il viaggio, e possiamo completare il nostro viaggio di auto-escursione per tre giorni. Grazie mille per il loro entusiasmo e attenzione. Il signore ha detto che la prossima volta che verrà a Mogan Mountain, doveva vivere qui, E'una bella esperienza.

TTeo792the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people.
Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really.
However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

L'edificio è nuovo e dispone di molti bellissimi spazi condivisi, balconi, una piccola piscina, lobby per bere o guardare un film. Il manager dell'hotel era molto gentile e paziente con noi, ci ha portato in un vicino serbatoio per la padella, fornendo un pranzo barbecue, solo una persona molto abbiente.La nostra camera era spaziosa e mi sono particolarmente utile dal tubo caldo. La cena era buona.Abbiamo soggiornato in pochi luoghi vicino a questa zona e direi che la nostra esperienza a Naicang era buona se non migliore, e a un prezzo più ragionevole.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Torniamo alla reception e chiediamo di organizzare la pulizia rapidamente, il personale della reception ci ha chiesto di aspettare la pulizia e che la pulizia ci vorrà circa un'ora, siamo tornati in zona della villa ma nessuno veniva per la pulizia per molto tempo, noi sono stati spinti a fare servizio diverse volte e alla fine la gente dalla ricezione è venuta a pulire la struttura invece di pulire il personale. In generale, tutto è finito bene e la nostra celebrazione è stata grande, ma troppo sfide sul cammino, non è ciò che si aspetta per quasi 2000RMB per notte.

UUtente ospite民宿很好的保留了古鎮的古色古香的外觀建築，地理位置很好，就在景區中間。我們定的是河景房，推開就能開到沿河的風景，樓下小院老闆裏還養了很多錦鯉，小朋友很喜歡去餵魚，前台小姐姐也很熱情。
就是這裏忍不住要吐槽一下酒店房間，設施很環境都不太好，中央空調不製冷，而且出風口的噪音很大，對於睡眠質量不太好的人，真的很難入睡。晚上睡到下半夜的時候，電視也不知道怎麼突然自己亮起來了，睡得迷迷糊糊又爬起來關電視。還有就是衞生間像是隔板隔出來的，隔音效果不太好，衞生間的門也是壞的，關不上。衞生打掃的也不是很乾凈，我們入住的時候發現角落還有很多之前房客留下的毛髮可能是阿姨打掃的時候沒注意到。希望老闆以後能夠改進一下酒店的這些細節問題，讓後面入住的客人有一個舒適的入住環境和好的印象。整體體驗感一般。
