帶老婆去享受一次説走就走的旅行，這個美宿我老婆説是我和她認識以來訂的最讚的名宿舍，訂的時候價格雖然我覺得有點小貴，下單後，後面加了老闆微信，名宿有提供免費的下午茶，晚飯是提前給老闆説，做了一個野生鯉魚豆腐湯，一個油爆大蝦，一個青椒土豆絲，食材新鮮，是名宿老闆親自下廚的，手藝給力。重點還是私湯了，非常爽，水很乾凈的，一邊泡湯一邊喝老闆給我們泡的枸杞薑茶，出了汗，疲憊全部消除。明年還要來！

當時訂時一眼就相中了這家，事實確實也沒讓我太失望。首先，對環境相當滿意，風景非常不錯，且地處位置離各景點都很近，適合朋友及家人自駕出遊;其次，可帶愛寵，雖説會收寵物清潔費，但收費還是非常合理的可以接受;最重要一點當時定時就相中房間帶個私湯，特別是結束一天遊玩時快到民宿就可以通知管家開始放水，很貼心的服務等等。
優點就不依次列舉了，下面就稍稍説下缺點:1、隔音效果略差。我們定的是中式私湯房，隔壁連的是日式私湯房，然後我們房間大櫥旁邊應該是隔壁房的淋浴間，隔壁洗澡時那聲音很明顯;2、洗澡水需先放掉起碼半小時後才有熱水，第一天時不知道等了好久...希望店家對這方面加以改進，萬一碰上長者容易生病。

環境：外觀很有設計感，來的時候天氣很好，藍天白雲，和建築很搭。
房間內可以一邊泡澡一邊看景，270度絕了。

L'ambiente è anche buono, più tranquillo, lontano dalla zona scenica centrale, adatto per guidare. Non c'è divano nella stanza, il bagno non c'è un telaio di vestiti, il bagno è piccolo, la progettazione interna è inadeguata, la posizione dell'hotel è invariata, la prenotazione è precoce e il prezzo di un parente. Non ho trovato il capo. Sinceramente, i proprietari sono buoni. La loro famiglia sta cercando di servire molto, la colazione è generalmente inadatta per portare gli anziani, Ci sono molti gradi da fare.

這是我住過最乾淨的民宿，床也很舒服，保證了我的睡眠質量，每個房間都有陽台和獨立的衞生間，不過衞生間要是有門就更好了😅 大床房面積比較大更舒適一點，雙床房稍微小了一點。從陽台望出去，滿眼綠色，連綿的山峯，空氣非常新鮮。我們還預訂了烤全羊，師傅手藝不錯，好吃😋

一進名宿給我的感覺就是房間很大、很乾凈整潔、温馨，這是我住過的民宿最最最滿意的一次啦!!!房間就像自己的家一樣，房東還養了寵物豬，超級可愛！！！還可以玩耍哈哈哈哈哈哈，還有很重要的一點就是超級乾淨，肉眼可見的乾淨整潔，房東美女姐姐超級漂亮又熱情，在訂房得時候改了時間，小姐姐也很耐心解決哦，在入住過程中有什麼問題都會給予解決，環境也太舒適啦，很好的一次入住體驗！！

L'ambiente popolare è ok, le strutture sono complete, l'igiene è molto pulita, principalmente la famiglia dei padroni e della famiglia è molto entusiasta.Ci sono diverse famiglie che giocano molto felicemente. 我們到達的第一天晚上正好下雨，老闆親自出來並帶着傘具出來歡迎我們的到來，熱心的為我們拿行李，來到大堂內為我們介紹周邊吃飯地和遊玩點，嘮嗑的同時已經為我們辦理好了入住，民宿內有電梯真的很方便，進入房間內已經貼心的為我們開好空調和照明設施，第二天早上七點半可以開始早餐時間，餐品屬於常規白粥，燒麥，包子，玉米等，最主要看了廣大網友提議一定要嘗一下老闆娘的咖啡，味道確實不一般，恨不得早中晚都喝一杯，最後一天還給我們沖了一杯百利甜酒咖啡，味道真的絕絕子，下次度假必須還來他們家！

Fuggire dalla città, andare in una gita di relax mentale, l'ambiente popolare è buono, come arrivare al parco favoloso, cantare, giocare, mettere le palle, nuotare e altri progetti di intrattenimento. UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

UUtente ospiteGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

VVickyWe had a lovely 3D2N stay at Lost Villa. The staff was both warm and welcoming, especially XiaoYi who patiently addressed all our questions and attended to our requests. Lost Villa is located in a very scenic area and photographers can easily capture beautiful photos.

UUtente ospiteMi piace molto lo stile di decorazione della famiglia, l'intelligenza è semplice e il tono è molto confortevole. Mi piace molto la finestra di terra della stanza. È possibile vedere una bella vista montagna, con un parcheggio speciale, proprio sotto la gente. Molte altre persone non hanno un parcheggio speciale, e la cantina può parcheggiare lungo la strada.È molto conveniente andare nella zona sceneggiata. È molto vicino alla prateria e alla base di Ping Ping. Il proprietario della cantina ha attentamente raccomandato la canyon di Canyon, dove si può giocare gratuitamente. Il personale di servizio del negozio è molto attento, con entusiasmo per gli ospiti, offre anche frutta e colazione gratuita. Quando partimmo, abbiamo anche intimamente dato un compleanno di accompagnamento. Ci sono state opportunità di portare la famiglia a Angela. E il cibo del popolo di Chen Jiang Hotel è davvero delizioso, devi andare a mangiare qui.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Perche'non lo so, dopo che è arrivato, ha chiesto a Abu di bruciare il riso d'uovo, molto delizioso, un po'di pompa lenta, La nostra famiglia ha mangiato tre fagioli. Non mi aspettavo che il giorno dopo la colazione fosse ancora molto grande. Il riso bianco è con verdure di uova, granturco, una piccola salata di verdura, e un sandwich autoprodotti.

CChomiczOverpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement.
I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.
Did I overpay? Yes
Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
