Lovely place with warm hosts. We enjoy the scenic and quiet area and simple breakfast. Please note that if you are travelling with big luggage, there are no lifts.

The location is very convenient, room is clean and the view is great! The front desk people are all very helpful and considerate. Definitely a very special experience for us to stay here for two days.

This place is nice and the location is good as the views along the river are beautiful, especially at night. The host is very accommodating. Our family of 6 are vegetarians, but there are no vegetarian eateries within the NanXun Town. Upon request, the host specifically prepared vegetarian dinner for us that was really yummy. They also have 汉服 costumes that we could put on for photo-taking, and it is free of charge. Highly recommended.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to say we were forced to cancel our stay here due to a medical emergency, however staff were very helpful, and though they can't do free cancellation, they were able to offer a partial refund. Thank you for all your help. We will hopefully come in the future.

The place was highly different compared to the photos. It probably was not worth the money but the location was quite beautiful. When we arrived the hot tub was freezing cold and then when we had it warmed up it was way too hot to get in.

This excellent renovated true ancient building has a wonderful atmosphere. We loved to swim in the amazing glas swimmingpool. The location is at the lovely quiet northern canal of the scenic spot.

對於南潯的印象，一直停留在小橋流水人家，這次趁着中秋假期，攜一家老小前往，並選擇顧裏酒店，前台服務人員非常熱情接待，併為我們升級loft房間，整個酒店的氛圍讓人有種回家的感覺，恰遇颱風過境，見識到不一樣的南潯及顧裏酒店，再之前住過的酒店中，其服務意識是相應酒店設施都非常的不錯！

超滿意的一次旅行 酒店在古鎮Vip位置，有專門的接駁船送到酒店門口，儀式感滿滿的 老闆很熱情的在門口等我們下船 酒店在百間樓 真的是很適合居住的環境 沒有古鎮南的嘈雜 在古鎮北邊 夜晚 才能發現古鎮的夜景這麼美好 房間我選的套房很舒適 酒店設施很到位 酒店門口就可以拍片 還有座椅喝茶

枕水而眠，安靜愜意。 此次出行，帶七歲的大寶和四個月的小寶，第一次入住民宿，選擇了聽見顧裏。房間裝修簡單舒適，靠窗有一個榻榻米，白天喝茶看風景，晚上鋪上被子，大寶可以當小床睡覺。院子裏的網紅泳池滿足了大寶的好奇心，民宿位置也滿足了小寶隨時休息的基本需要。漫遊南潯，自在安逸。 另外，前台小姐姐熱情周到，廚師大叔脾氣好手藝也不錯，中午沒吃完的菜，可以放進冰箱，晚上還幫忙熱了送到房間，帶孩子來沒選錯，下次有機會，帶爸媽也來體驗體驗。

一路南尋到南潯，這次總算來了南潯古鎮，在網上找了好久才決定訂聽澗·顧里民宿，民宿服務很不錯，到古鎮前就幫我們預訂好了免費遊船接到民宿，房間整體管理也不錯，出門就是百間樓，到古鎮每個角落都很方便快捷，退房後又幫我們約免費接駁船送我們到碼頭，下次去南潯古鎮還會繼續訂聽澗·顧里民宿...

訂了一個親子房，一個河景房，房間佈置很温馨，推窗看有驚喜。服務很好，有問必答，有求必應東。回覆及時周到。最值得稱道的是提供的餐飲新鮮美味，價格合宜。早上的免費自助餐很豐盛，吃到撐啊🤗。下次來還會考慮顧裏。

酒店位置優越，出行方便。房間寬敞明亮，設施比較齊全，工作人員服務態度都很好！特別老闆娘工作到凌晨1點，我一人在酒店門口河邊喝酒。等我回店關門。總體感覺不錯！古鎮小橋流水，有此服務民宿不多！下次再會再住這裏！

前台小妹很熱心，有船接送直達民宿，我們是中午到的，提前幫我們約好了上船時間，到了後給我們切的冰🍉，民宿裏有私房菜，第一天中午就在那吃的，經濟實惠，味道可口！👍🏻下午又在老闆家訂的服裝照，期待成片，住的是臨河房，推開船百家樓的美景盡收眼底，尤其是晚上 🫶🏻
