相當滿意的入住體驗。硬件軟件都很出色。帶着70+的老父母來平湖休閑遊，住了兩晚家庭房。一大一小兩張床正好夠我帶父母一同住下。床品也很出色，枕頭和床厚軟恰好，睡的很舒服。 房間雖然不大，但處處體現出細節：尖角處都包了防撞條。房間內儲物空間很大。無限提供瓶裝水。房間內配有電灶台和脱排。自己要煮點東西也很方便。 恰逢春節，酒店每天都提供水果飲料的賀歲小禮物，離店還送小禮物，很暖心。特別令人感動的是，知道初二是老母親的本命年生日，還特意準備了一個大蛋糕，讓老母親讚不絕口。 早點種類豐富，服務員很多，及時收取已用餐具，很貼心。42樓茶室也很素雅安靜，且費用合理。 唯一有一點欠缺是停車只有地下車庫，且與隔壁商場共用，停車找車不太方便。 總的來説超值體驗。下次還會入住。
