We stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. Another highlight was the hotel's buffet. The spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive. Very convenient location almost in mall so acess to good restaurants .Room was very spaciious and quiet .Breakfast buffet also good 👍 oh znd on arrival got lovely container of fresh fruit

Il servizio prestato dalla signora è perfetto.È molto gentile e attenta. Come questa era la mia seconda permanenza, la signora ci ha portati a una stanza di grado superiore.

Il servizio incluso il check-in è stato eccellente. Tutti i membri del personale erano amichevoli e aiutanti a dare le direzioni. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Sicuramente rimarrebbe.

來慧心谷度假村度週末假期，感受非常放鬆，首先酒店環境一流，一整片蒼山翠竹就在眼前，剛好下雨，躺在床上看着綠色的山，聽着雨，鬆弛感十足。特別推薦酒店贈送的喝茶券，慧心谷的茶太好喝了，配上古色古香的茶器，滿滿的閒情逸緻。特別感謝田管家，對我們的服務非常周到，我們的要求立即就能迴應，酒店的其他工作人員都是輕言輕語，快樂着工作。估計很快還會再來入住，並且願意推薦給身邊的朋友。

針對我們訂的房間寫個最真實的反饋 位置：很容易找到 很方便 附近有商場 離古鎮坐車8-10分鐘左右 整體環境：大堂一直到房間門口都還不錯 房間：走進房間第一感覺就是 是不是剛裝修完沒多久 房間會有些味道 然後就是廁所 反味的很厲害 在床上都能聞到有臭味 需要把門一直關着 沒有排風 建議老闆可以採購一點清新劑 房間整體還是不錯 電視可以投屏 窗外視野也挺好 如果以上兩點能改善 這個價位真的很棒了

It’s really nice hotel!!! The reception is so enthusiast and helped us find the taxi to another city. The room is really clean and delicate. We also got breakfast with typical local noodles with pork and fish. We liked it!

這是一家近兩年新裝修的民宿 地理位置優越，位於百間樓中間區域 設施新，環境設計很有質感 房間大小挺舒適，一家四口睡得挺好 臨河窗景也很驚喜，讓人心曠神怡 服務特別好，入住前就開始發詳細的入住到店指引 到店後專門用一張圖給我們講解南潯古鎮各條街的地理位置和景點玩樂，遊船碼頭和注意事項 入住期間發vx詢問溝通，回覆都非常及時 每天贈送一份店裡價值98元的下午茶 入住期間發生一點小意外，老闆態度誠懇，行動迅速，完美解決出現的問題，讓我們非常認可 唯一一個小缺點因為是老房子翻新的原因吧，水壓比較低，出熱水量不太多，加上浴室離起居室比較近，洗澡時會有點冷 離店時老闆還贈送了我們一些當地小特產，貼心周到，到南潯古鎮真的超級推薦入住理想三旬民宿

E' con un cuore pesante che devo dire che siamo stati costretti a cancellare il nostro soggiorno qui a causa di un'emergenza medica, per quanto il personale fosse molto utile, e anche se non possono cancellare gratuitamente, erano in grado di offrire un rimborso parziale.
