Arrogant front desk supervisor, mayby to yong for the task. Non flexible hotel for businees people with changing schedule. Could be more large like others hotels in Husum. The room was fine and the breakfast was ok. Placement of the hotel is ok.

The Alter Zollamt is an original repurposing of an old historical building. A bit too comical for my taste with endless overused nordic expressions everywhere, The staff is decent but not too the standard one often finds and enjoys in this part of Germany. "A welcome drink awaits you in the room": two small water bottles. Actually very befitting of the hotel.. all a bit disappointing. Most problematic: extremely noisy. The whole night trains, boot or whatever heavy material keeps you awake. I have never slept in such a noisy hotel room before. Early morning the traffic noise takes over. Just too much.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber nett eingerichtet. Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Für den angegeben Preis als Mindestpreis, nicht einen Termin bis ins nächste Jahr gefunden! Sehr traurig, oder einfach nur Bauernfängerei. Gut wer soviel rumgekommen ist weiß wie es läuft. Klima im Dachgeschoss wäre schon mal ein Anfang. Das Frühstück ist zwar gut, reist aber nicht alles raus. Alles im allen dafür zu teuer, mir Macht reich werden, das können auch andere. Bitte nachbessern und dann vielleicht wieder.

Hatten ein 2 Stockzimmer unter dem Dach, war ein kleiner Nachteil, da sehr heiss und Fenster dürfen nicht geöffnet werden. Trotzdem sehr schönes Hotel mit grossem Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sehr gross mit viel Platz. Lage Ideal sehr nahe am Hafen und der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön zentral, sodass man alles schön zu Fuß erreichen kann. Unser Zimmer war nach vorne ausgerichtet, dadurch war es sehr laut. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist leider nicht möglich, denn man hat das Gefühl, dass die Züge direkt durchs Zimmer fahren. Unser Zimmer schön geräumig. Es gab Wasser aufs Haus, aber leider keine Gläser. Statt Zahnputzgläsern gab es leider nur zwei Getränkeplastikbecher aus dem dazugehörigen Restaurant. Das Frühstück war heutiger Standart. Alles da, keine Highlights aber auch keine Lowlights. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und aufmerksam.
