Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Es war sehr sauber, alle sind dort freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt super, ganz viel Auswahl. Es ist sehr familienfreundlich, für kinder ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Аквапарк приятно удивил.Уютные домики. Очень страшные горки. Не на всех успели решились покататься. Возможно в следующий раз) Кто едет в первый раз рекомендую брать коралки.

Отдыхали в июле. Шикарный аквапарк. В отеле много развлечений для детей, работает анимация детская . Много горок, много бассейнов. Поющие фонтаны-это просто чудо. Так же есть развлечения для взрослых.Есть детские аттракционы, которые работают по вечерам. Мне и моему ребенку очень понравился отдых в отеле. Но сюда мы больше не вернемся, так как много местных мусульман, полностью покрытых, они ведут себя очень некультурно и нагло , обижают иностранцев. Из-за этого отдых был немного испорчен и возвращаться мы сюда не будем.

Hotel bardzo duży , duże czyste pokoje, restauracje z dużą ilością jedzenia. Miły personel, zawsze pomocny. Autobus na plażę jeździ co 20 minut Napewno wrócimy do tego hotelu ponownie.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Perfektes Wetter, super freundliche Menschen vor Ort und eine riesige Auswahl an Essen, Pools und Rutschen. Ich komme gern wieder

Odaların tadilata ihtiyacı var gibi. Otelin genel alanlarının temizliği iyi. Birçok olanak sunan bir otel. Yemeklerin büyük bölümü Türk damak zevkine uygun. Otel çok geniş bir alana kurulmuş. Özellikle çocuklar bu oteli çok sevecektir diye düşünüyouz. Sahil servisle yaklaşık 10 dakika mesafede. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

Stiamo facendo una vacanza fantastica grazie all’animazione di Giuseppe, Omar, Matthew, Veronica e gli altri del suo team . Divertentissimi, simpaticissimi , musica super, divertimento assicurato. Posto fantastico , piscine alcune davvero fredde ma per il resto tutto super. Molto pulito e gentilissimi.

Bellissimo, posto grandissimo, piscine fantastiche, tutti i lavoratori sono sempre gentilissimi, sempre sorridenti, ti salutano sempre Molto pulito tutto il resort. Camere molto grandi. Mangiare ottimo. Resort Ottimo per adulti e famiglie. Ci sono anche le giostre!! . Animazione e musica fantastica tutto il giorno e la sera grazie a Giuseppe, Omar, Matthew, Alessia, Veronica e gli altri del suo team . Fitness con Mohamed bravissimo e sorridente.Tutti Divertenti, gentilissimi sempre sorridenti, attività e spettacoli super per tutti i gusti. Resort con sicurezza super! Vacanza bellissima!

Bonjour si la 5 ème fois dans cette hotel Un hôtel très agréable : un accueil chaleureux serviable, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, l'animation au top, très gentil toujours souriant merci beaucoup a toute l" équipe et sertout l' animateur Matthew il toujours serviable et adorable une propreté irréprochable et un excellent. en a pris tous en ligne exclusive thé food si très délicieuse bravo a tous les cuisinées et sur tous la pâtisserie si top du top. Et en avais l' occasion de rencontrer le chef pâtissier hossam dans le restaurant il très sympa,Tout est parfait ! Et en vas pas oublié les serveurs un grand merci pour eux pour leur gentillesse et services I love 💖 Jungle aqua park

Se siete italiani non ci andate!!! Cibo pessimo, camere sporche, disservizi a non finire... il primo giorno non ci hanno pulito la camera che già in quanto a pulizia faceva pena, solo dopo esserci lamentati in reception l'hanno pulita! Tutti i bagni sono ciechi, nessuna finestra e ventola di aspirazione non funzionante! Dopo 3 giorni ci hanno fatto fare le valigie per cambiarci di stanza perchè dovevano fare dei lavori nei pressi della nostra, la mattina passata a disfare e rifare valigie! Il giorno del check out pago 39€ per tenere la camera sino alle 20 anzichè liberarla alle 12 e alle 17:15 ci bloccano card senza poter accedere a ritirare i bagagli per andar via!!! Ci siamo dovuti recare in reception per poter rientrare in camera!! Pessimi in tutto, anche nelle escursioni che organizzano, fatta con Moto Safari, dei veri imbroglioni, ti portano nel "deserto" dietro l'hotel per chiederti mance di continuo, oltre ad essere dei grandi maleducati!! Il nome corretto per questo posto non è neverland ma NEVERTHISHOTEL!!! Mai stata in un posto peggiore!!!! Fortunatamente anche in Egitto esistono le persone professionali e organizzate, non pessimi come in questo hotel!!!!

Posto favoloso con tanto divertimento per tutte le età, dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Organizzano anche gite nel deserto con cameli , quad , sfari La nostra gita è stata fantastica Le camere Tutte pulite , asciugamani e pulizie camere tutti i giorni Di sicuro ci ritorneremo l'anno prossimo Vacanza fantastica

Bellissimo residence con piscine meravigliose e acqua Park spettacolare. Ottimi i ristoranti e la qualità del cibo e bevande, ottimi i bungalow, sempre puliti e ben arredati. Una menzione particolare al direttore Ali, sempre pronto a soddisfare e risolvere qualsiasi richiesta della clientela, un saluto particolare ai grandi barman del bar jazz, simpatici, allegri e molto preparati, un ecomio a Laduska brava, bella e molto preparata nel seguire le esigenze della clientela, ed infine un grazie di cuore a hamood " responsabile dei teli piscina", persona di una gentilezza e disponibilità eccezionale., Ci ha coccolati e fatto sentire a casa. Evviva il Jungle Park Resort di Hurghada. Siete stati fantastici, il nostro voto è 10 +👍😘

This place is HUGE! Great bungalows cleaned to a high spec. *Plenty of restaurants to suit any palate. *Ice cream available in main building until around 6pm *candy floss and popcorn free available at night near karaoke *funfair free but has a 100kg weight restriction *aquapark slides have a 100kg weight restriction. *karaoke every night near reception. *Fun train to take you around the resort. *shuttle bus to drive you around the resort Was humiliated several times by staff asking me to step on scales to weigh me for the funfair rides and water park slides. Never have I been so insulted or embarrassed. Literally made to cry on holiday by staff. SENZO mall is next door with restaurants, kids play area/games, great stores, McDonald’s, KFC etc Use UBER and ONLY pay through Uber. If drivers try to haggle tell them to cancel. I always tip handsomely to those who never tried to swindle me. Go to the marina it’s beautiful with plenty of fab restaurants. Sheraton street if you love the hustle and bustle and a taste of a real Egyptian shopping. Soooooo many shops and restaurants and also a mini family theme park. I love this hotel it’s so big and busy. A nightmare to find sunbeds. Difficult at times to find late empty tables at the restaurants. Over all a great family hotel - it’s expanded immensely since my first visit in 2017.
