Hotel in zona DOLPHIN WORLD EGYPT, Hurghada

Great location and amazing service by all the staff! They are all friendly and professional from the pool staff, to housekeeping, the the chefs and waiters! The oriental food is the best! Can’t wait to come back soon:)

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, molto comoda e molto vicino alla città. Poiché la posizione è migliore, le strutture non sono paragonabili a quelle dei resort, ci sono molti clienti e la tipologia di ristoranti è piuttosto ricca, rispetto ai ristoranti all'aperto non è sgradevole (soprattutto perché il cibo egiziano è sgradevole e mangiare nei ristoranti fuori non si sente meglio che in hotel).Il self-service è molto meglio.) Le strutture sono relativamente vecchie.La spiaggia e lo stabilimento balneare non sono troppo grandi, ma ci sono attività tutti i giorni e sono piuttosto vivaci. Se ti piace vivere in un posto con comodi trasporti, è una buona scelta. Dopo aver confrontato le valutazioni di Marriott e di questo hotel su Google Maps, abbiamo scelto questo hotel. È molto vicino al nostro negozio di immersioni, raggiungibile a piedi.

The hotel is lovely, a little dated but has a beautiful pool area and majority of staff are polite. Cons: 1. Room cleaners hassling for tips and shouting down hallway after you which made us not want to go back to the room until we knew it was done and cleaner had left. 2. Contrary to other reviews you are NOT allowed to eat in the sister hotel (Arabia) or drink at their beach bars unless you tip the bar staff. They said they would serve us but made it clear without actually saying the words that they expected a tip in return for breaching their rules. 3. Bel Air has tiny 'beach' area which is actually just a patch of hard ground covered in a dusting of sand with a wall around the sea entered only down swimming pool style metal steps. Arabia has beautiful cove beach and multiple beach bars. 4. Hassled all day long by (some) rude hotel staff trying to sell anything and everything. We thought within the hotel complex we would be free from this but all day they wake you/disturb you selling massage, portraits, day trips, restaurant meals, the list was endless. 5. Wi-fi...forget it, none existent. 6. Food, average at best, served cold on more than one occassion and we are definitely not fussy eaters. Very dissatisfied as the reviews we saw said the food was amazing?? 7. Hotel 90% German (towels on beds at 6am) and hotel aimed at them. All staff spoke fluent German and pretty uninterested when we said we were from the UK and struggled with English. Pros: 1. Great air con. 2. Lovely shower and very spacious room with huge balcony which was lovely. 3. Helpful reception staff helped me suprise my wife with birthday flowers etc so that was great. 4. Beautiful pool area, spacious and very clean. Overall we had a satisfactory stay, the weather was perfect and no upset tummies so can't complain. Would we return, no, just not made to feel welcome as Brits and the persistent sales pitches and hassling for tips was just too much for us. We do of course wish the hotel the very best and thank them for our stay.

This was the first time I'd ever been to Egypt and also the first time I'd ever done an all-inclusive... It did not disappoint! Arrival: So, my partner and I arrived on an evening after dinner was finished but we were still treated to a welcome drink and some snacks to tide us over. When we arrived at our room we were surprised with a beautiful bed display and a cake in honour of our anniversary (which I'd let them know we'd be celebrating when we booked). Room: The room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the pools from the small balcony. It had air-con, a safe, TV, couch, table, wardrobes, telephone, minifridge and a separate bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. The room was regularly cleaned unless we put the do-not-disturb sign out and the cleaners did a very thorough job (honestly, the whole support staff are unsung heroes at this place). We were mostly left in peace whilst in our room but the doors need to be closed with a bit of force so, if your neighbours come back at 2am you will know about it! Pools: The pool facilities were great; they're constantly being cleaned so they're excellently maintained. There are 3 pools: Heated, unheated and child's pool. There are also 3 water slides. I can't comment on the kids pool or slides but the other two pools are pretty similar to each other (apart from the temperature difference), neither is very deep but there is plenty of swimming space and the surrounding scenery is very pleasant. The heated pool has a swim-up bar and the other has a snack hut, so you can easily grab a cocktail or ice-cream. Be aware that the pools open and close roughly with the time of sunset/sunrise, so that meant around 0800-1600 while we were there; no late night swimming sessions for us :( Beach: The beach is a little walk away but it's not difficult and even those with mobility issues are unlikely to struggle with it... You just leave the complex, cross the road and head down a foliage-lined pavement through the sister-hotel and you come out on a cordoned off section of beach. While you're there, the staff still bring you refreshments and there's also a security guard on-site, so you feel safe leaving your things on a beach chair and you know that there'll be no hassle from the locals trying to sell you things. There's a large body of water cordoned off for hotel guests to swim in with anchored platforms and perry-bouys scattered throughout. We did a little snorkeling and it's not hard to come across fish in this area either. When you're done there are some showers nearby but no changing facilities (but with your room 5 minutes away, that's no big deal). Food & Drink: There are places all over the complex where you can grab a snack or drink throughout the day and the inclusive drinks include all softies, local beer, spirits and cocktails but I believe wine cost extra (I'm not a big alcohol drinker so I wasn't especially paying attention) the drinks are on the weak side but I suspect they don't want to b

很好，但是前台送我們進來的waiter很傲慢感覺看不起亞洲人，我觀察很多亞洲人他都不幫忙搬運行李衹指路，歐洲人入住他會很熱情的幫忙搬運行李，且門衞也帶有一點不屑亞洲人的表情，但是總體還是很不錯的，很實惠，打掃房間的小哥，我記得叫阿汗莫德，十分熱情天天給我們擺很多不同的美麗毛巾圖案，十分熱情！還天天熱情的和我們問好，這是我們最喜歡酒店的一點，希望給他漲工資

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) Era uno dei miei migliori resort da 15 anni fa , ero lì più di 30 volte , negli ultimi due anni ogni volta che ero lì trovo magia , non possiamo dire la ristrutturazione o l'aggiornamento ma magia , Il parco aqua è triplice dimensione , ci sono ascensori su tutti i giochi , ci sono parti per bambini e adulti e sala d'arte per disegnare , stazione di gioco , divertimento è l'unico che fai dalla mattina presto fino a dormire , la più recente aggiornamento è il centro che è il parco di divertimento per dopo il tramonto con un sacco di giochi tutti inclusi nel vostro soggiorno , anche non dimenticano la dolcezza di cotone e il granturco pop tutto il tempo , crema di ghiaccio , crema , waffle , Il ristorante ovunque , non posso dire quanti , perché non ho tempo per partecipare a tutti loro , ma più di 12 ristoranti e caffè , sto cercando di trovare un articolo mancante , ma c'è solo perfettezza , C'era una bici per tutta la famiglia che andava insieme in una nuova bici per tutta la famiglia Grazie, signor Kamel Abou Ali, proprietario del pick Albatros, Sei un mago nel tuo campo, sai come rendere felici le persone,

Il personale non è tanto a posto . Se non hai sempre quel braccialetto di gomma del resort ti inseguono fino alla camera per vedere ancora dopo due settimane, se sei lì che hai pagato o se sei qualcuno che và a trovare gli amici russi . C'è una reception dove i nomi sono registrati visto che a noi fanno compilare cartellini su cartellini e si permettono di inseguire fino alla camera come non esistesse nulla . Per fare il Wi prima dicono che non c'è, che bisogna andare fuori , poi la sera dopo mettono il cartello con le tariffe ufficiali . Dai negozi sei la cavia da acchiappare e bisogna rispettare gli appuntamenti mentre sei in mare che ti fai il bagno . Insomma bisogna mettersi a ridere altrimenti viene da mandarli a quel paese. Non penso ci tornerò. Ah è frequentato soprattutto da Polaski Riski e Cinesi . La spiaggia è bella a loro piace solo stare in piscina quindi la spiaggia è tranquilla .

Siamo stati una settimana in questo resort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. PERSONALE gentilissimo e super attento Struttura davvero bella, grande, ben tenuta e Pulita. Belle PISCINE, giardino, spiaggia con molo e MARE meravigliosi con acqua cristallina. CIBO a buffet molto abbondante, con ampia scelta di cucina internazionale e di buona qualità (considerando che si è fuori Italia)... Possibilità di mangiare all'aperto in una terrazza con vista. Ci sono anche altri ristoranti a pagamento extra oltre a quello a buffet compreso per chi ha ”all inclusive”. Tanti lettini e ombrelloni sul mare e vicino alle piscine. Molti servizi, attività, SPA, un ACQUA PARK pazzesco e proposte di ESCURSIONI stupende (paradise islands e Orange bay) POSIZIONE ottima perché, a differenza di altri resort (uscendo dai quali si ci trova nel nulla), se si esce si è in una via principale con tanti negozi. Danno tutti i giorni asciugamani puliti per il mare e cambiano quelli della stanza. Acqua in bottiglia senza limiti, bevande alcoliche (fino all'età 23) e analcoliche in diversi punti ristoro a tutte le ore. Attenzione: souvenir dentro l’hotel (boccette di sabbia sulla spiaggia molto più care che in altri negozi fuori), contrattate prezzi della spa e delle escursioni.

L’hotel è molto imponente, con un’architettura importante rispetto agli altri hotel della zona. Le camere sono molto spaziose e la nostra aveva un ampio balcone. Lo staff è molto cortese e sempre pronto in caso di bisogno. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti e ci ritorneremo volentieri.
