Hotel in zona Frank Franz Hall, Huntsville

Il 7/14/22 Ci siamo camminati in questo hotel dalla nostra prenotazione originale e al momento dell'arrivo la nostra prenotazione non era corretta. Il lavoratore del desk front, Adrena, ha fornito il miglior servizio clienti per risolvere il problema e renderci felici e soddisfatti. Adrena ha dato un servizio clienti eccellente e ci ha davvero trattato incredibile!!!

It was a nice place to stay but note that when you book there are two separate places one for Weston and one for Element it’s quite confusing since they are the same property. Other than that it’s a great location!

Il mio soggiorno al Drury Inn & Suites Huntsville era meraviglioso. L'iscrizione era semplice e facile, e la camera era molto bella e spaziosa. Non potevamo sfruttare gli eventi notturni, ma abbiamo avuto colazione ogni mattina, che era molto buono! L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio molto ampio, vicino a numerose attività, ristoranti e negozi, come il Space and Rocket Center e il Bridge Street Town Centre. C'è una bella zona con snacks, acqua e soda con una zona di autocontrollo, così come un ATM. Rimarremo certamente qui!

Grande posizione per andare al museo dello spazio e della rocket. Il colazione era solido. La stanza era comoda. Il personale era molto bello. Il prezzo era buono.

Where do I start. We arrived to check in at the front desk and was told we were assigned the ”Cabana Rooms.” We were assigned a room on the second floor, and, silly us, asked for the location to the elevators. We were told we didn't need one. We took that on face value, as we have been to hotels where the first floor turns into a second floor. Luckily we chose to find the room before bringing our luggage. We went down the hallway as directed - which led outside, then down a covered area to a separate building. We walked in, and had to go up a flight of stairs, down the end of a zig zag hallway, to a room at the very far end. We failed to see the closet door when we first entered the building which led to the secret elevator. Even if we found the elevator, there wouldn't have been a cart to use. Not knowing about the elevator, we felt we had no choice but to drive the car around to park near the side door at the back of the hotel on the far end and hoof our luggage up a rather steep staircase. Once in the refreshed room, we found that it was pretty dark. The room had a balcony that was locked. We did find places for our bags and the closet area was fine. The bathroom was nice but the barn door didn't always close. Beds were comfortable. We needed to do laundry. We discovered after a lengthy walk that it takes credit cards, not change. It did work well, but it was expensive, like $7 to wash and dry a load. The pool area was nice enough but needed shade. The gym area was quite large and well equipped. Breakfast was interesting. We were unsure of it's location and asked. We were directed to the podium for the Southern Chop. Apparently not many go there because we waited for a while before my husband investigated. He found someone to help us. We were then directed to a table. I chose the oatmeal, which arrived in a large bowl of oatmeal with 4 berries in one corner. No cranberries, or brown sugar, or nuts. My son and husband got the pancakes but had to wait for them to arrive a while after I was served. Overall this is a very large, old property. The Cabana building arrangement should at least be clarified at the front desk as to where to park and where to find the elevator. The outside could use a real facelift. Our room was refreshed but pretty dark. The one positive was that it was within walking distance to the Huntsville Space and Rocket Center which was really outstanding. It also offered easy access to get to anywhere in Huntsville. Honestly we wouldn't stay here again. There are several options in the area that may be a better choice.

Molto amichevole e la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita

Io e il mio GF abbiamo visitato Huntsville per vedere una mostra e volevamo arrivare qui prima della mostra, cambiare e andare fuori. Siamo arrivati circa un'ora prima che la mostra cominciasse a avere abbastanza tempo per cambiare e andare fuori, ma quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno al fronte. C'è un telefono che dice ”Pickup per servizio” e chiama un telefono all'interno dell'ufficio di fronte. Abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti con la telefonata, guardando verso l'alto e verso il basso, e sulle telecamere di sicurezza dell'ufficio per vedere se qualcuno arrivasse. Abbiamo visto due persone spostare una mattress in qualche posto, ma non riuscivo a trovarla. Ho chiamato Sonesta numero di società che ha cercato di contattare l'hotel chiamando lo stesso ufficio di fronte per un altro 5-10 minuti. che deve essere stato un telefono cellulare, e ha detto che ”il associato sta aiutando un ospite con un problema e verrà a venire quando sono fatti.” Il rappresentante della società si è fermato al telefono per altri 5 minuti e ha detto che la persona del desktop era venuta a casa e sono stati aspettati altri 10 minuti senza vedere nessuno e abbiamo dovuto andare per cambiare e arrivare in tempo. Oltre al terribile e stressante non check-in, l'hotel non era conforme alle norme espresse da altre recensioni qui. È chiaro che solo appartamenti con un altro nome e riempire le camere extra per un altro denaro. I luoghi e il lobby non erano puliti. C'erano circa 5 uomini che si sono appoggiati nel lavanderia, che era disturbante. Qualsiasi hotel regolare che si butta il lavandino e si ritrova nella sua stanza fino a quando non è finita. TLDR; Non ha mai visto un lavoratore per 35 minuti, senza alcuna prova di ritenere che le recenti buone recensioni siano insufficienti.
