Conveniently located. Efficient check in. Easy parking. The room itself was bare bones. Not a single drawer. No extra blanket. TV picture was very poor.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. It needs a little updating, but for the price, it was perfect!

Me and a friend decided to bring our kids to Huntsville to take the kids on a mini vacation away from the city, two hours drive. We loved the idea of going to this hotel as it would not be busy during March break. The main attraction for us was the pool, however the temperature was very cold and not swimmable. We had told the attendant and he said he would heat it up for us. So we waited. The next attendant turned it down. We wasted an entire day waiting for this to just find out it was the same temperature. The next day we had someone attempt to enter our room with a key card. Good thing I had the second latch lock on the door. As being a female with children in the room I was very upset by this. When we told the manay at the front desk he said " oh that was just the maintenance man" with no concern to us that this had happened. Not impressed at all and not worth the money. This day in age if people are coming to use their hard earned money at your facility please treat them with respect and safety. Totally left this motel more stressed then when we came feeling completely ripped off. Hope head office with reach out and compensate in some way for our horrible experience.

Family get away Always enjoy staying here, wish they had a continental breakfast option or coffee makers in the rooms, but they do have tea and coffee available in the lobby and that is nice. Pool area was cold this time and is always very loud but kids love the pool and had fun. Perfect location. Lots of stores, places to eat and gas stations close to it as well. We will definitely be back

Very clean. The room was clean, updated, quiet. The ladies at the front were very accommodating and helpful especially since we had to extend our stay because of the snow storm. Love that they are pet friendly, and they don’t charge extra for your furry friends. Location is excellent. Close to the main road, walkable to restaurants and stores. Short drive to Arrowhead PP. Would have been great if they had a gym room for days that you are just stuck inside because of weather conditions. The pool was a bonus, though. Small, but if you work your time around when it’s not busy, then it’s all yours. Will recommend!
