我説要一個無煙房，接待前台的一個姑娘用官話回覆我，説不滿意可以退房，其實可以用其他的方式回覆我，不會讓客人覺得不舒服，好像不住可以走人！我問了句什麼意思！湊合住一晚，明天就走了，不想影響心情！衹是客觀的説是老酒店了，設施舊是最主要的問題，衞生間洗浴沒有隔門，洗澡後水就這麼溢出來，實在沒辦法，都用浴巾擦地了，否則影響上衞生間！馬桶一沖水就發出刺耳的聲音！優點整個外觀氣派，停車位充足，前台另一個姑娘服務還是挺好的！我想酒店屬於3分的樣子

説實話，賓館儘管外觀不錯，而且有很大的一個停車場，前台服務人員也非常耐心細緻，但是賓館的各種設施還是太老了，洗澡水斷斷續續，水流細小，尤其進衞生間有一個台階，讓人很不適應，不小心很容易絆倒。真的希望賓館能有一個改頭換面的提升。

酒店設施有些陳舊，但收拾的比較整潔乾淨，還是很舒適的。位置在市中心，交通便利，前面院子很大，停車方便。早餐也很不錯，很豐富。前台工作人員服務周到熱情，很好的一次入住體驗！

國道331自駕邊境遊經過這裏，酒店有停車場，停車住宿很方便。酒店住的俄羅斯人很多，不過中俄房客是分開住的，互不往來沒有幹擾。酒店有點老設備有點陳舊，有點簡陋，衞生間乾濕不分，使用不太方便。早餐7點鐘才開始，對趕路的遊客來説等得太久了，不過六點半過後俄羅斯人就等不及了，等到7點鐘過去，小小的餐廳就已經充滿了旅客。

在琿春賓館連住了2晚。説實話，洗手間很小，乾濕不分離，但還是續住了。原因是這兒停車特方便，熱水也不錯，走不遠有好多美食。

總體來説，老賓館，位置好，環境不錯，管理規範。有停車場，適合自駕出遊。房間設施齊全，衞生舒適，價格實惠，性價比還是很高的。

賓館房間還可以，前台服務挺好，客房服務能熱情打招呼，關鍵是賓館的停車場夠大，停車非常方便。早餐質量一般般吧。
